It was supposed to be all new stuff in it. it was a windows XP that had been upgraded with several things not on because the mother board and hardware could not run everything in that windows version. It had downloaded porn on it . also a video of the worker and dog in shop. Told me that i could not get the card reader and did not want to put dbl cd/dvd in it. They charged almost 700 bucks for it to . VERY VERY rude and hateful . called to see if they offered support for it since it cost so much. unbelievably just way rude when we took it back because of the porn and it being used they tried to say that wasn't true but there it was on my computer not to mention well the guy was still logged in on Google forgot to log out. The reason was because it was a custom upgraded windows xp to a windows 7 and it could not run everything that the windows 7 did because to old of hardware so a lot of things were turned off to make it run and look like it was ok . A few days later I started getting several responses. Only one said that he could fix it, and it was Damon. I contacted him and later that afternoon he said that he could come to my home and fix it. When he showed up he started working on it immediately. I stood there and watched him take the unit apart until he finally reached the display. He removed it and replaced it with a new one that I had recently purchased online. After he put it back together I plugged it in and tested it and it worked perfectly.
