My iPhone needed a new charger port, so after some research I took it to CPR. I explained the problem to the tech, expecting to have to leave it for at least an hour, and to pay $70-$100 to get it fixed. He listened carefully, took my phone, asked me to wait. About 5 minutes later he brought my phone back, said he had given port a good cleaning and promised me it would work fine. He charged $20. My iPhone has worked perfectly since then! It had been driving me crazy before, now it's good as new! He could have easily told me to come back in an hour, done the 5 minute cleaning, and charged me $100, I wouldn't have known the difference. Love this place; I drive the 1.5 hours just to have any mobile devices fixed. My first visit was just a shock to my senses as I was shown 5star customer service! If from Montgomery and ever attempted to go to your phone provider for your device then you know to expect high charges, or pay $150 deductible on BS insurance and then have to go days without your piece of technology that likely is used as many times that we humans unknowing touch our faces. We don't want to go that long! Well at CPR expect great speed on your devices resuscitation and prices to match the value shown by their kindness and ability to clearly explain what they plan on doing to your iPad, tablet, or phone. I drove 2hrs to Cell phone rehab and it was worth the trip the pricing was fair and I was met with quick great customer service.

I took my IPhone a week ago because the touchscreen wasn't working to which I was told that they couldn't fix it on site and it would have to be mailed out, and that she hoped to mail it that afternoon and would call me that afternoon to let me know. I attempted to get in touch with them through email and phone calls to no avail, today I reached them only to be told it had never been mailed out and nothing had been done. People depend on their cell phones (as a nurse in an OR my phone is a definite necessity as I am on call) and had I known nothing had been done I could have taken other steps. I went and picked my phone up this afternoon and now not only is the touchscreen not working, but the home button doesn't even work. Don't waste your time with this company, there are too many others out there to choose from. read more

Stating facts only. I dropped off my Galaxy S5 in July of this year to have a new screen put on it. I paid $75 up front and dropped my phone off. When I returned to pick up my phone they could not find it. I told them I would return and I was sure that they would find it or be able to make it right because they seem like honest people. When I returned they still have not found my phone and they acted like I've never been there before. I had to show documentation and proof that I dropped my phone off and that they did not return my phone to me. (Each time I visited the store I was assured that someone was going to call me that day but no one never called me). I told them I would be back and give them time to sort this out or to find my phone. When I returned the third time they still have not found my phone which was about two weeks later. I was able to get in touch with the owner and she assured me things would be taken care of and she would get back in touch with me. She never called me back so I had to visit the store again with no luck. Since then I have left many voicemails and texts but with no response. My next step is through the legal system. It will probably cost me more than what my phone is worth but I would rather see this business shut down then for others to have to deal with these dishonest with people. read more

I went to your store on May 11, ordered the part, paid 50% and I was told that the was supposed to come in the next week. I went back a couple of weeks later to told that the part was not in but in a couple of days they would have the part will be in and nothing. I called on June 6th and I was told that they were going to talk to the owner about it and call me back. He did called me back and told that the part is coming in the next day. That was on June 6. I was finally able to coming on June 17th just to find out that the still didn't have the part. I contacted the owner and she proceeded to text me, so I took it as her way for me to contact her. I send her a message trying to find a solution to this situation and the owner calls me back, tells me she didn't read my message and begins to yell at me and telling me all her personal things. I tried to sympathize with her and she continued been rude and belligerent. She never gave me the opportunity to explained myself. She asked if I wanted the cellphone repair or my money back. I told her that I wanted my money back and she hang up. I contacted the store and told them my decision just for them call 20 minutes later and telling that they ordered the part. How am I supposed to still doing business with them when the owner, as she identified herself, treated a costumer in that way. read more
