So, I purchased the service and was sent confirmation that a Hello Tech would make contact with me to schedule the install. On September 24, 2024, I received the email requesting that I select the date and time to install. I selected the evening of September 24, 2024, from 6pm to 8pm. Approximately two hours later the appointment was cancelled with no explanation. Because Walmart site indicates no refund on mounting services, I made contact with Hello Tech via phone. I was advised that my location was outside of their service area. They didn't even mention refunding my money. When I asked about the money I had already paid, I was advised that it would take 4 to 6 weeks before a check could be sent out to me, or 7 to 14 days by PayPal. I requested the PayPal method of reimbursement. As of date, I have not received my money. Why would you accept a job, take the money, then say you do not service the area. I ended up paying another company to mount my television, while I continue to wait on my refund. This service (or lack of service) is terrible; I would not recommend Hello Tech to anyone.

They called every day to keep us updated, told us the price before getting started so I wouldn't be blindsided, and even installed a few additional programs in case I couldn't download my MS Office files again since I'm starting school this week. These guys were unbelievably awesome and will definitely be our first recommendation for anyone with computer issues.

Waited three months, and then the Regional Manager, Chance Alford (who never called me), said that he would fire the store manager if they reimbursed me. I would not advise anyone to purchase from O'Reilly Parts, as it could literally destroy your vehicle. These people are not honest and do not stand by their word. Very disgraceful!

Called them a couple hours after I noticed, was told to come back in and next day and would be credited. They don't give cash back so would have to be an exchange. I was fine with that. Arrive next day told them about the mistake. Was about to correct it when the employee that overcharged me said he was told they were 2.99 so they supposedly called the manager and he said they were 2.99. And conveniently isn't available. This isn't listed anywhere in the store and seems to be only word of mouth. Employees have no clue. Apparently severe lack of training. Called a couple people that I know and verified how many they bought and what they paid one said 13 and 1.99 anther said 5 1.99 and I personally bought 3, 3 days before and paid 1.99. I would never pay 2.99 for these dirty old comics. That's practically new prices and none have hardly any value. It's the principal of the thing that gets me. And i will not be returning.
