I took in my laptop because the keyboard was locked. I thought it was probably something simple like pushing certain keys at the same time that I just didn't know about. The person I talked to said that was probably true and they would call me that afternoon. When i dropped it off i powered it on and showed her that i could use the on screen keyboard just not the physical one. 2 weeks later i had heard nothing so i called and was told they had ordered a part because it would not power on at all. Confusing because it had never had that problem before. I went there with my power cord and checked it and it would not come on. They assured me that they tracked the part to Atlanta and it would be here tomorrow. 2 more weeks they called and said i could pick it up. Got there to find it was not fixed and still would not power on. Yet they charged me 50 dollars on my credit card. When i sent it back to where i bought it they said someone had fried it and to never use them again. Not to mention how rude the guy was about giving no explanation and shrugging his shoulders and walking away. read more

First of all, the guys sound great over the phone, but they are not detail oriented like you'd think. I believe I overpaid, and my computer messed up the first night. The guys who replaced the hard drive didn't bother to inform me I'd need all new mouse and keyboards. Also, I called them that night and left a message, and they never returned the call. They returned the call when I hadn't paid them, but once I paid, they were no help. The operating system wasn't set to back up or restore even though they assured me it was, recovery mode was OFF completely. It has been a complete nightmare dealing with these folks. First of all, they never return calls! I've been dealing with them going on 3 weeks. I took my computer in to have the hinges replaced, they claimed the cover of the keyboard needed replacing as well. After I finally got my computer back, there was no internet. After more dealings with them, I decided to order a new computer as we needed 2. Took the new one in to have pictures, favorites and files copied from the old computer, which they did not do. The internet was also disabled somehow on my old computer. My son and I spent over an hour trying to find the pictures and when my husband finally got I touch with them and took in both computers they claimed they had transferred everything. They finally transferred the photos but nothing else. They also claimed my mouse was "shot" as it does not work so now I've got to buy another mouse for each computer. So now I have a broke old computer with no internet and a new computer with only photos copied. I could go on and on with the mess they have left me in but my strong advice is not to use this company. read more
