She also made sure my data was backed up before she did anything else. They even stayed open for me when my time went past closing. I received quotes from folks with different ideas ranging from around $5k for replacement to over $35k to excavate under the house and replace the old one. Richard was on the lower end of that range and I could tell he'd been in business for a long time and knew what he was talking about, so that's who I went with. I couldn't be happier given the circumstances. They rigged it up where it would work the next day until they could complete the project. They did a fantastic job. From the trenching to the plumbing and even the landscaping afterwards turned out better than I expected. These are good folks doing good work at a fair price. I called because my phone was shorting out, the screen was going green and then turning off. He told me, emphatically, that it was obviously a problem with the screen and not the phone and he could take care of it for $150 and the problem would be completely resolved. I reiterated to him that he was absolutely positive it was the screen and not the phone because otherwise I'll just make an insurance claim. He confirmed he could fix it 100%. The screen was fixed temporarily and then within a few hours it was doing the same thing, the screen was jiggling, it was selecting things I DID not select and basically doing whatever the phone wanted. I called and told him the problem is worse. He said there would be no refund and he couldn't fix it and did not stand behind his service. Problem will be disputed on the credit card. I will NOT be going back. read more

I have been getting my phone fixed here since 2013 and this is BY FAR the best place in town to get your phone fix. I have had issues with my Galaxy and they have always been able to fix it. I've had my screen cracked and have also had to get a water damaged service for when I had dropped my phone in water. Always works perfectly fine and are reasonable with their prices. I always tell people to come here for ANY problems concerning their phones or tablets. read more

I got my Iphone screen replaced. It was done quickly after dropping it off while I ran some errands. It was reasonably priced and have not had any more problems with my phone ever since. I also bought a charger for my phone and it has lasted me longer than any other charger that I've ever owned. DEFINITELY would recommend anyone to go here! read more
