As Ashley begins to install the front ones, Nick comes out and without saying a word, grabs the rear blade and starts that installation. What TEAMWORK! Got a part here and it looked used in the box so I asked before purchased if it was new, and they…read moresaid it's new. Even assistant manager looked. Put it on my truck to find it was defective. Went back and assistant manager wanted to argue with me that nothing was wrong with it. I was trying to be as respectful as possible but just wanted to be treated fairly and get this taken care of. I asked him to give my number to manger who wasn't there so he could call me to warranty out. In also stuck with mechanic labor charges and need that covered as well as I will have to pay for that twice. Still no call and it has been a week or so. I wish it could be said that this location has integrity but it doesn't seem that way.

I stopped by with a friend after we picked up a bull and a heifer, so we had a long trailer with us. The parking lot had plenty of room, which worked out perfectly. went to get battery check, the "new manager" who kept calling me brother came out and checked my…read morebattery. said it was dead. So I asked him if he had one and if he could install. He said no to installing it and then proceeded to send me to a mechanic that he trusted in Kilgore to buy the battery AND have them install it for $60. Sounded like a scam. He made sure to tell me to tell the mechanic that ROY sent him. it sounded shady so I ended up going to AutoZone in Longview, had a great experience there and they installed my "special" battery for free. I mean, what auto parts store doesn't want to sell you a battery and would rather send you to another shop. they HAD the battery but wouldn't sell it to me. instead wanted to send me to a mechanic for the battery and instillation.
