It's not the fact they could not repair or fix them it is the fact that my burners have been there now for 3 months an they have not yet once called me to tell me they can't fix them. The first time I called I was told it would be 2 weeks before the could look at it (this was 2 weeks after I dropped the unit off) I called a month later an he said he had looked at it but couldn't give me any answers an to call him in a week or so. I called him two weeks later an he said he would try an gut the unit an rebuild. My last call was today an the told me there's nothing they can do an to come pick my unit up. It does not take 3 months to figure out you can't do anything with something. An the lack of communication was worse then I've ever seen.
