Got my IPhone8 screen replaced for $140. My home button no longer works and now have to use assistive touch.

They broke my iPhone but still charged me over $200. My home button is now broken and the screen is popping out of the frame. These guys are completely useless and will lie to your face. Would not recommend anyone to these imbeciles. read more

They fixed my cracked phone screen within 30 minutes, elsewhere that I asked said it would take 3 business days, so that was a plus! It costed 150, which was more than I expected but worth it! My phone looks great! read more

I called and asked how long it would take and they said it would take 30-45 minutes, it took over 4 hours I gave them my phone at 5:30 and when I arrived my phone was still cracked and they didn't even start the repair I got my phone back at 9:15 after the mall had closed. Everything works fine, it was just very unprofessional. read more

I cannot recommend this place to anyone in good conscience. What was supposed to be a simple fix in three days took over six months until I purchased the part on Amazon myself. I suppose I may as well get very detailed since I'm taking the time to review.... A little after Christmas I brought the phone in to the oakwood mall cellaris to fix a shattered screen. Estimated time of repair, 5-6 days, as I don't have the usual iPhone or samsung. No problem, they need to order the part. Wrong! The actual repair time was approximately one month. The "repaired" version of the phone didn't work at all on the bottom quadrant. I couldn't use the phone period. Adding insult to ridiculousness, the screen was the wrong color. It was for the gold version, not the gray. Yes, I'm picky. However being a paying customer, I am allowed that luxury. Obviously, I returned the phone for further repairs requesting the proper colored screen. I waited for another three weeks, even though was promised 5-6 days. So, I called. I was placed on hold for over 45 minutes. It then became the pattern. Wait three weeks, call, be placed on an obnoxiously long hold. Hung up on, keep calling back. One day, the owner the the establishment called me. He assured me my phone would be ready, all they needed to do was find the Sim tray. Go to pick up my phone after 3 1/2 months of waiting, but over 4 months total for a functional phone. They then said they misplaced the SIM tray, again. And they had it on order, and to wait. Only wait 2 days. That's all. Return to establishment in 2 days, was told a week longer. Return in a week. Guess what, wait! In another 3 weeks, it's yet a gold screen, and there's a Sim tray in it alright. For someone else's phone. I'm completely amused by this point, five months in the making. Absolutely tickled pink. I call the company. A new employee, that promised to forward my call to the person of responsibility. I waited weeks for a call, alas, I had to try again. It's July now, and I'm informed the establishment was purchased from original owner I was working with, and I must call someone's father who will take care of me. It sounded like the beginning of a naughty movie. I did what anyone else would do...I YouTubed it, and ordered the part from Amazon. I'm left with a gold screened gray phone, confusion, a few questions, and a preteen that has most likely picked up some colorful language that I will likely have to address later. I visited cellairis today to have my iphone 5c screen replaced. I was greeted and was informed that my screen would cost $110, i agreed to the price and went off shopping. Upon returning an hour later the tech/clerk told me that everything was in working order but the vibrate function. I infromed him that i had never had that problem before... this is where it got a bit hairy. He then proceeded to take the screen off and snap off an "unnecessary" piece of metal off of the inside of the phone "that should fix it" the man said, it didn't. he then tried a few more things and i left him to it for a couple minutes (sensing his frustration i thought it best). upon returning he told me he thought that he had fixed the problem by removing yet another "piece that doesn't do anything i don't even know why apple puts them in", no such luck. I asked if he had any other ideas to which he said he didn't. So he handed me the phone to confirm that at least the screen worked, and it did but the home button was halfway depressed and slightly askew. I asked the tech why that was and he said sometimes the gasket wears out and that wasn't his fault, that he did everything the same as apple would. I highly doubt apple would break a device without replacing it or put "unnecessary pieces" in phones. Feeling quite disappointed i said that i felt i was entitled to a discount since he disabled my vibrate function and he became furious slamming his ipad on my old screen on the display case, when i asked to speak with a manager he gave me the old i am the manager bit and wouldn't give me any information as to where i could lodge a complaint so i told him i would be yelping about it then. He asked me if i wanted him to put my old screen back on and i said yes, if you can make the vibrate work which obviously he couldnt. He gave me a ten dollar discount and a screen protector (all he could possibly do to appease me) as i gave him my credit card i noticed that three screws were sitting on his station. i asked if he was going to put them back in my phone which he did angrily and red-faced(i suppose apple does this routinely as well). Do not trust these so called professionals with your devices!!!! My advice to cellairis, stick to selling cases and leave the repairs to the true professionals Update: there is also a part of the screen (near the area with "unnecessary pieces") that is damaged. It is lighter on a black screen and double clicks or nonresponsive. Update: Went back to Celairis today and was taken care of in a much more courteous and professional manner (by the exact same person as previously). He replaced the faulty screen and managed to correct the vibration issue, Hallelujah!! He even hooked me up with a free bumper case and screen protector to ensure my satisfaction. read more
