Took it in this morning and told them I couldn't get it to work. They said they'd look at it for a charge. What???? I was very disappointed in their response. Called before driving there and was told I would have to pay $68 for them to evaluate before they could do that. 5 mins time and a $0.25 disk could have gotten them a customer.
