This review would be ZERO stars if possible. I am thoroughly disgusted with my experience. I took my iPhone 6s to this location with a badly cracked screen. They indicated it would be $150 and when I hesitated, the guy said $145. I said okay and came back 30 minutes later. Phone fixed, seemed to be working fine. The gentleman said if you have any problem, come in and we can adjust... or something like that - it was a bit difficult to understand. Well... I did have issues. The sensitivity of the screen around the borders of the device, as well as 3D touch make the phone almost unusable at times. Sending a text with the letter "a" or tapping the space bar on the keyboard to add a space in any typed data often times sends the cursor to different locations or deletes entire words. Just tapping an icon opens the 3D touch menu... to the point it takes 3, 4, 5 or more times to actually open the 3D touch enabled app. I returned to the kiosk and spoke to a young woman who had difficulty understanding me. She walked me down the mall to their second kiosk and made a phone call to the home office. She had my phone and while on her call - DISABLED 3D TOUCH - then returned the phone to me and said that should fix it. I was livid!!! Oh - so because you guys can't repair the phone correctly your solution is to TURN OFF standard features in the phone?? I don't think so. I ended up calling the home office at her direction. The boss told me I needed to adjust my 3D touch sensitivity. Which I did and that reduced the issue by about 10%. However, it was already at default settings which had worked FINE up until I had these guys "repair" my phone. This place is a COMPLETE AND TOTAL RIPOFF. I regret going against my own judgement - MY FAULT - and not going to Apple, which was the SAME PRICE TO DO THE SAME REPAIR. Yes, it would probably have taken a bit more time to get the phone repaired, but I would have had sanctioned Apple replacement parts... not some $0.27 piece of junk screen that these ripoff artists charge full bust out genuine apple replacement part price for. After a couple of attempts trying to get these guys to make this right - they have failed. I guess I'm stuck going to Apple and spending another $150 to get my phone to work as it should. If you need your iPhone repaired - go to the Apple store. Never, ever use this business to repair any electronic device. Don't even let them change the batteries in your TV remote control. read more

I had high hopes for this screen repair service. On 9/17/2015 I took my LG G3 with cracked screen and inquired about repair. $140 and a little over an hour was the cost of service. I took the chance and I wish I'd gone elsewhere. When I came back to pick the phone up, I noticed the LG logo was missing. The "technician" failed to take the plastic off of one part of the screen before installing it, and I had to point this out. No big deal, everyone makes a mistake from time to time. Upon further inspection I noticed the screen wasn't flush and light leaked out from the edges. They said it was a new screen and it would return to it's proper alignment in a short time. When I attempted to gently press the screen back in place, IT CRACKED. Less than 2 hours since the repair and $140 later, I had an unusable device again. Returned to the store the next day with receipt to attempt to resolve the shoddy work they performed. They said they'd be happy to replace the screen for another $140, but refused to acknowledge their part in the mishap. After explaining a bit more, the manager attempted to get the screen to lay flush. He couldn't fix it. So receipt in hand, I walked away calm, but feeling like I'd just been scammed. Furthermore, anyone who says these guys are very helpful and offer great deals on cases, is ill-informed. The quality just isn't there. Maybe other guys do great work, but on 9/17 I didn't find that to be the case. read more

My sweet mother went to these guys to replace an iPhone screen for $65. She tells me after, her mic doesn't work to make calls. She went twice to get it fixed and still after the mic doesn't work. I no this is a scam because I've purchased cheap apple screens from China and know this is very common symptom after replacing the screen. $5 for the part. It's Not human error but the part itself. When you change the screen you change the other electronics with it because how it's manufactured. Your screen looks new but the phone doesn't work. You get what you pay for does not apply here because your phone should still work. These guys are preying on people's trust hoping you'll walk away and not check to see if it makes calls! Check it first, make a call before you walk away. I'm surprised this is in the Christiana Mall, they should crack down on this. read more

Most horrible experience ever with a cell phone repair company. They will screw you over and I believe they have a secret operation going on beneath the DL. I would keep yourself away from this company and their employees. They are shiesty and will screw you over, steal your information and worse...ruin your life! Don't go here!!! It is to my belief that 3 of these 5 or 6 reviews are from Cellairis employees. ANYWHO.... I got my iphone 5s fixed back in June at this location. The screen was cracked & wouldn't work. They replaced the screen and charged a decent price, did it in about 40 min and were friendly. However today 4 months later when i had my phone repaired because the camera & flashlight stopped working & the screen became inoperable ( dropped a couple weeks ago but it wasn't cracked & showed no damage, just slowly began to change color & not respond to touch), the repair guy at a store, All Cell in MD, asked me who repaired my phone the first time because they left out 3 screws and another part, i.e. faulty wiring. which is why my camera/light became loose and wouldn't respond to any of Apple's tips. Didn't even tell him I had it repaired before prior to him asking because I was embarrassed haha. I had my 4s repaired many years ago at a Cellaris in NC, & the new screen was hypersensitive & would randomly dial/call people while I was already on the phone and would FACETIME random contacts all of the time (awkward) , it was workable but odd. Waiting a few days to be seen at the Apple store genius bar isn't always ideal when you depend on your phone for public transportation, alarm, work/school communication etc. etc. So I googled places in the Bethesda mall where the Apple store is located as back up to walking into Apple w/o an appointment. The Cellaris there has a low yelp rating & customers share tales of poor replacement jobs, faulty wiring & usage of cheap knock off products even though exact parts were promised. I imagine since Cellaris is a chain, its different stores carry the same quality product/training.... the remarks from the man who fixed my phone today, kind of confirmed that. If you are in dire need of phone access & are out of other options, as I was the Saturday night Cellaris fixed mine, I would say give it a shot just to have a life line, I otherwise would consider looking into other options (with real reviews) if you intend on keeping the phone for a several months. Scheduling an appointment w/the Apple Store seems like a safe bet if you have the time. I also have tried Ubreakifix in the DC area & didn't have any issues. All Cell today seemed legit, even though it's only been a couple of hours. (investing in an otterbox lol). read more

Went to repair my screen and the new screen had a small scratch on it. I noticed it right there on the spot and told the person working there.. he goes "sorry its not my fault, I opened a new screen replacement, it must have happened while the screen was on the fixing toolkit that I use".... Seriously? Its your fault if you just handed me a new screen with a scratch on it. Doesn't matter how it happened, it happened from your end. He tried to convince me that it's so small and it doesn't matter. Would you pay $250 for a product that has a scratch on it? Especially one you noticed within the second of seeing the product? The person has no customer service and does not care. He even ignored another customer that was in the store and said "I'm busy fixing a customers phone" and completely ignored the other customer that had an issue with their case. If Cellairis cannot have enough staff, they need to have a better person that can manage everyone that comes into the store and not scratch one customers screen and completely ignore another customer. this place is a complete piece of shit waste of time and money. I recently got these crooks to "repair" my iPhone the screen was cracked and they replaced it straight off the bat when it was returned I could attomatically tell it was a cheap screen and the screen was not at all apple certified it had a way cooler color and was not as saturated as the original screen. it worked for about 3 months around the 4th month the screen would become impaired for 10 second periods at random times then about 2 weeks after that my iPhone just blinks oon and off with the white screen and the little apple symbol. read more

I would never go here again. I went in to get a screen case protector on Sept. 8 and the Turkish prick who did it first of all sucked, but he was butt-hurt when I was making conversation with his friend. I asked if they were related and where they were from and he got offended. I said goodbye and he started talking shit when I left. He knows who this is. This review would also be a zero star if I could leave it. We called ahead to make sure they could replace the screens on our S7 Edge phones. We were told that they could and that it would cost $280 a phone and they had many colors to choose from. When we arrived we were told it would cost $300 a phone (guess I should be flattered...maybe we "appeared" to be wealthy) and they only had gold and black. My boyfriend brought up their number and mentioned that he had called them less than half an hour ago and just like that the price went down $20 per phone. Very shady if you ask me. read more

Took my iphone 5s in to have a cracked screen repaired. About two weeks later the home button stopped working. I called and told them and they said it was my responsibility and they wouldnt even look at it. Pathetic company with pathetic employees. read more
