Well, apparently the spicy jack cheese was sprinkled on top and it looked like Parmesan and no cheese melted inside. The Monkey Bar does have a nice ambiance so when the weather is more reasonable and far more cool this would be a fantastic spot to enjoy. They have a nice selection of cocktails and while there were not many people enduring the heat here during my visit most of the people that were here were ordering cocktails. My pal The Major got one of the cocktails and really liked it while I just got a water to stay hydrated so I wouldn't have a heat stroke. I look forward to visiting this spot again when the weather is substantially cooler.
