I took my ipad there to get a new screen right before Christmas. I was assured 20 minutes. Over…read morean hour later and it comes back to me with a white bordered screen (original was black, ok, no big deal), but power button that had worked before does not work anymore. Get home - half hour commute and wifi and bluetooth don't work and there is debris under the new screen. A little over a week later, I get back and they send me to the other kiosk and I talk to Josh. He remembers me and my ipad, apologizes for being so swamped. He was able to clean up the screen, but would call me back within a week to let me know the wireless cable/wifi cable was in. I text Josh a week later and got a response, "I'm sorry sir, I will check when I get into work." That was over two weeks ago. In the meantime, I took it to Fixinazip in Henrietta, it was fixed in one hour, though I'm out another $100 and they took care of both issues. Avoid this place. I should've trusted my instincts.
