I took my phone in to be fixed and they did so quickly and at a competitive price, but when they put the new screen on they didn't clean the camera off which had gotten a little dust and debree on it. The front facing camera is basically unusable now because or the blurriness. When I went back in they just said sorry but that it would be too much work to fix. This seems really unfair to me. I paid $1,000 for the phone, then over $300 to have the screen fixed and I still can't use the camera. I live very far from my family and we use face time to talk a lot. I also love to travel and take pictures. My phone is basically missing a basic function now and I'm really disappointed.

Once all that was settled, the two guys helping me were very nice, but ultimately the battery they installed would not charge. So, they had to remove it, put my old battery back in, and refund my money. They don't use genuine Apple parts and whoever is sourcing their supplies is giving them old stock. I ultimately had to go elsewhere to get my phone battery replaced.

He ruined the screen protector he tried to put on my phone, and would not fess up to doing so. I was so upset at his lack of skill and the fact that he boasted that he was great at putting screen protectors on. It was so difficult to even get him to stop what he was doing. I had to get through to him that I was not happy, that I wanted him to stop trying to put on this protector after failing at it 30+ times, and that I wanted a refund. This took tons of effort to do, and he did not care that I was unhappy at all. He just kept trying, and every time it got worse. I had to use a firm angry voice to get him to even take pause, as my nice concerned tone of voice got me nowhere. I had to demand what I wanted. This is totally unacceptable behavior from a sales associate. He even had issues with giving me the refund. I tried to get another associate to help but he didn't care either, and went into a back room. Said that the associate I was with knew what he was doing. Yeah right! I call him at 830 and now he is leaving town for 2 weeks and can't come look at my PC. When I tell him this is terrible business practice his only response is "It is what it is" and hangs up. Dude strung me along for nothing. If he didn't want to come out he could've just said that and I could've found someone else. Now it is Saturday morning with most repair shops closed for the weekend.
