A - You get a lot of pissed off customers that will flock to your competitors. I am now one of them. Despicable treatment by a group of totally untrained, uneducated, incompetent L I A R S First call 10/17 - This is where I lost 51 minutes of my life trying to explain an issue to their incoherent representatives. First Eileen who was totally useless. Then her 'supervisor', Jasmine who guaranteed me I would receive an email from someone on their tech team within 72 hours, Ticket #1-236907879796R2. It sounded far-fetched, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. 10/24 - As anticipated, no response. Called again and spoke with Sierra who again, was of no use. I asked to AGAIN speak with a supervisor. After waiting for 1 hour 27 minutes (stupid me) with her coming back on the line every so often to assure me that the supervisor was coming, she disconnected the call. I guess that was her way of letting me know that a supervisor wouldn't be coming after all. Right back at you AT&T/DirectTV. Tomorrow, it's my turn and I will be one to hit the disconnect button and terminate your services.

Sales Verizon has don't align with them because of their higher prices on phones often times. Even the system knows it's not the right price but it's all about how much can Victra pocket and screw the customer over. Customers are tricked into getting insurance they don't need or want and it's always the most expensive plan because the rep won't make anything otherwise. I can't even tell you how many times I heard "it's included, it's required, it's has to be on for the first month" all lies. And no the insurance is not better than AppleCare but the reps will lie because they just want the commission. After the customer may or may not be tricked into that they get sold accessories and told how you get a great deal by buying 3 or more. Which you know what the real kick is? That discount is a whole $15 and it's still way more than Best Buy, Amazon, Target or any other store you can think of. Hell even Verizon or any other carrier is cheaper for accessories. And after all that you get charged a bogus setup fee that is a Victra fee on top of a upgrade or activation fee. Anything Victra can do to make a dollar and screw the customer they know it and do it. Please avoid this company at all costs.

Less than a week later, I got a text the phone was in, so we took a drive to Green Bay & picked it up. Jeremy took the time to ensure everything was transferred over to the new phone.     Started in December when i purchased a new phone. The guy deleted my new phone off my account…read moreinstead of my old one. Then couldn't fix it. I had to go to a corporate store to get it resolved. Forward to now. My phone has a screen hardware issue. I went in to get it fixed. They couldn't get Verizon to authorize a replacement asap so I was to get a follow up. WHICH NEVER HAPPENED!!! No calls. Even worse, no reply to calls and voicemail I left. Or even reply to text messages I sent. Horrible. Mike there found I was being double billed for my iPad. But can't refund it. He "fixed it" only for my iPad service to get shut off. I was to call or text of that happened. I did both. No reply. There are numerous other Verizon issues I'm dealing with but this location started the problems and won't resolve them for me. Sad. I've been with Verizon for just a few months shy of 20 years. I'm moving to another carrier because of this crap.
