I spotted this business when I was at Newkirk Plaza for something else. Ali said the port probably Just needed cleaning, and for $20, he did it, and the problem disappeared. The battery had to be ordered. When I went back a few days later for it to be installed, he did it while I waited, for only $65. It's not an Apple battery, and I don't care at all. It's wonderful to have a fully functional phone again, that holds a significant charge all day, even when I've been using cellular for maps & Facebook. It was a pleasure doing business with Ali.
