The worse experience - I bought a screen saver from Verizon Wireless and this is a corporate store and sellers there so lazy and they wanted to charge double price and after 26 years with Verizon and 4 lines. Also one time a while ago someone changed my plan without letting Mme know the details when I was buying phone - it's so different experience with the phone representative - and this store doesn't even have products - they still don't have latest Samsung case for Samsung S26 Ultra so definitely don't recommend - so unprofessional including the manager read more

I would give a zero rating if I could. I am due for an upgrade and I researched online exactly what I want. I went into the Verizon store on kings highway in Brooklyn and showed them what I was interested in. They gave me a spot in line and asked me for my phone number . Then they asked for ID. The name on my drivers license is my legal name. The name on my Verizon account is a close variation of that same name but with an "ie" at the end which is the nickname I am called. They would not sell me a phone because the name did not match EXACTLY. Mind you this was a photo ID. They saw the picture was clearly me. I said to them "I can buy this online anytime I want to". They responded this is true but this is the store policy. The morons that work there are idiotic 19 year olds. Zero common sense. I walked out without purchasing a phone and now will buy it online without ID. read more

Poor customer service on the phone and terrible service fromn the tech who came. Said he only came to install fiber, which we did not want (they really put on the hard sell for fiber), and would not even run any tests. I discovered it was a severed coax cable. Now fixed. Optimum only cares about switching to fiber, which is not demonstrably better than coax but is more expensive. I now have my landline, internet, and cablevision back. read more

After several calls and several months trying to resolve a matter with online tech support I was directed to the Kings Hwy location to assist with the problem. Yesterday, the wait was about 6 minutes and Neville provided the service. He was very personable and even joked about things. I had been to this store years ago and back then I felt terribly pressured and uncomfortable with the rep. I was there last week, and was made to feel very uncomfortable because I wasn't shelling out tons of money. I am a senior citizen and I know what my mobile needs are. I was repeatedly talk down to. I left the store and decided that after 20 + years of using Verizon it was time to switch. And I did the next day ... Took my # (ported it over) to the new carrier. What I am going to do is file a complaint with the Human Rights Commission and allow them to make their own investigation. The rep that was supposed to "help" me was Deandre, the moment he realized that i was not going to buy anything extra he became RUDE AND HOSTILE. I usually do not write negative reviews but I feel like I must. I don't recommend it to anybody coming to this store. Only if you want to spend your time for nothing. On 08/12 I placed an order online to pick up from this store when I showed up. They told me the order was canceled and I have to call customer service. The next day when I reached out to customer service and was about place an order. Manager Chris reaches out stating that they can help me with the order and I can get the phones the same day. So I went to the store. In store, I met THE MOST Clueless Rep I have ever dealt with Navil Steel. I spent 3 hours that day and the guy told me that I can't have service with Verizon because fraud can't identify me so I left. The following day I reached out to the Fraud department and was able to resolve the issue within 10 min. While Mr.Steel god knows what he was doing for 3 hours the previous day. So fraud suggested I go to the store and there will be no problem. But I really did not want to go to the store I tried doing it online but I kept getting an error message that I need to go to the store. So I went to the store hoping everything was fine. But unfortunately only one was available Mr.Clueless himself so had to work with him again. He kept asking other people what to do. Had no idea what he was doing. And again he told me there is a fraud alert on the account and they can't process my order without an identity check. So I called the fraud department myself in the store. After the fraud department told him there is no identity check. The other issue on the system came up which was not related to fraud. I asked Navile can he reach out to somebody to find out what is happening. He pretend he was calling somebody and just walked out saying I need to talk with Manager Deandre. When I asked him what we gonna do. He started screaming at me for no reason. He does not know anything even thou he was there the whole time and it's not his responsibility. Asked to talk to another Manager Claudia but no help as well. I asked her to help who we can reach to customer service. She said I have to do it myself and she not gonna do it. One guy was working Mike and it took him 5 hours to open a business account for me. I regret switching from AT&T because as bad as AT&T was, Verizon is even worse. They scammed me for money, took cash payment they never gave me receipt for. What looked like manager was the WORST! Security guard looks like he's special ed. stands by the door if the store will be getting robbed he will be the first one out. Shameful. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!! I was assisted by De'Andre. From the very beginning, I specifically stated that I want take advantage of the promotion Verizon had. I was advised to come in 4 days only to be told that promotion is no longer available. What kind of a f*cking joke is that? De'Andre displayed no interest in helping whatsoever, had no knowledge of the services Verizon offers, had an overall arrogant attitude and whistled loudly all the time. He ran a credit check on me without my approval or any notification as well. Apparently, I was not the only one having a tough time, because the 2 times i came in, associates argued loudly with customers on the floor. Anyway, after 4 days of struggle, I was asked out of the door. Frustrated, I called customer service to complete the whole transfer in 30 minutes. Have been using verizon literally forever, and this is a beautiful HUGE store, and the sales people are freaking amazing. Just bought new new Droids maybe two months ago with Jamilly (he was so helpful, so kind and just amazing) He allowed us to trade in our old phones for $100 each and also told us about a $50 rebate promotion that they were having at the time. he didn't push for us to upgrade our contract he was just extremely helpful with the entire experience. he back up our old phones for us and he downloaded all the contacts to the new one. one of the best experiences ever! read more

Oh.my.God! Purgatory has nothing on this dreadful store. I waited at least 3 hours on 9/28/18 for someone to fix a simple Gizmo 2 watch for my son! I came in at 5 and left at 10 to 8. Apparently others were waiting hours as well. One poor man begged the employees to open the CLOSED door so his kids (who were there three hours) could go to the store and get a snack. Beware of Deandre. I may not have his name correct but you can't miss him. He is a Black employee who appears bubbly and overly friendly and accommodating. After three hours I discovered he is a commission hound. He literally tossed me to the side once he saw a family of four coming in to purchase three phones. His manager had to assist me while he ran after the family like a dog chases a bone. He even made a racist comment about an Asian woman who went to another employee for service. He said, "I got ching-changed" and started laughing. He also proceeded to bully a fellow employee into going to another area in the store to continue his transaction with his own customer. His supervisor saved the day. She saw he abandoned me as a customer after the doors had been locked and I'm standing for three hours. She helped me and apologized for him. I'm so glad I don't have to go there often because it is pure hell. read more

My phone had a problem charging the phone so I brought it the store to fix. When I went put my name and wait. The wait was pretty fast. So when it time they call my name they look at the phone say it is the battery I say no because I change the battery. They check wires and say go back home change the battery and do the factory reset. I'm like can do it they say no. What kind customer service can't fix phone. Never come here again. read more

When I did not use my brand new iPhone 11 for a few hours, it would not reconnect to my Verizon service or the internet unless it was restarted. I wanted it replaced. Verizon customer service suggested I go to a store to get a new phone. Day 1-unnamed employee at Verizon store told me it's because I needed to upgrade IOS. It didn't help. Day 2- I go back for a new phone and Demetri says he needs to witness my problem which was documented in my Verizon Account. I could not demonstrate the problem because my phone was active. Demetri said he would not help me replace my phone. It was less than 14 days old and I had a contractual right to change my phone for any reason if I was unsatisfied. Demetri is misinformed and unhelpful. I am appalled with Demetri's lack of professionalism, caring and knowledge. I got it done through Verizon Customer Service. read more

My IPad wasn't charging and I went to ask what's wrong with it. A rep put it to change, said let it couple of minutes to charge, and then disappeared.... for 40 min. Well, I asked them if someone can actually help me, another rep was kind enough to do so. I also needed to upgrade my phone. I'd placed my order for iPhone 7 online (made a mistake, wanted to order 7 PLUS), so I asked the guy if he can cancel my previous order or change it to 7 PLUS. He's like "you want to cancel your order and order IPhone 7?" Daaaamn....NO I want to edit the order and have 7 PLUS to be shipped to me (obviously they don't have them in stock). It took me couple of minutes to explain him what I want! So we agreed on PLACING a NEW ORDER for 7 PLUS. Then I pay....Sign on the screen.... Asking him for the last time if he ordered 7 PLUS, he confirmed. And NOW when I got home and checked my email confirmation I can see the he ordered iPhone 7, not 7 PLUS. I spend an hour at that place. And actually left the store with same result!! Very disappointed!!! read more

It took me a few months to rate them because I was utterly upset with there service that I cancelled my contract with them (I was so upset I was willing to pay a cancellation fee). My experience isn't the only experience that drove me to believe this store has the worse customer service ever. I've visited this location several times and each time you have the representatives with standoffish attitudes, no smile, or hellos, They'll only give you some personality if you end up buying something but in the beginning its like "holy crap just quit" I am rating them solely on their store because Verizon's customer service on the phone are friendly and very helpful. Being that I have been in the customer service for about 10 years I know what customer service is and I don't mean an overkill of happy people but professional people that want to service their client. These morons are useless. I went in with a problem where I was a week out of my exchange time which yes, I get it, switching phones after they clearly said no returns after the time frame, but the way these workers chose to handle the situation was repulsive. On the phone with customer service they said they would intervene and call the store to give me a one time exception to switch my phones back to an Iphone from a windows phone, so I went and the rep staring at his phone said "the manager isnt here he wont do it for you customer service cant tell us what to do" still staring at his phone... He may have been right, but wow. it may be a phone store but if a customer is standing infront of you I'm pretty sure that pone should be put down.. away. No name tag, no eye contact, scrolling down his facebook page was so much more important. I ask when his manager will be back and still on his phone says "Monday" obviously I called customer service back and left Verizon. Maybe there interviewing process should start by asking what customer service means to them since it is a customer service based job. They are all just disgusting pricks. Whenever I go to Verizon wireless, I always have 50 million questions. De'Andre was amazing. He respected my time and gave me all the answers I needed while he and the other employees kept me entertained with great conversation. My iPhone 5 was no longer getting any service and it was locking up and acting strange. I visited this store and was helped out big time. The lady whose name I can't remember told me I could replace my phone. They had the model I wanted so after a half hour I left with a brand new activated phone. Pretty happy with that. The only reason I take a star off is because they are very pushy to sell you a protective case and screen cover. That annoys me, because I prefer to buy accessories outside of the store, where they are usually half the price. read more
