Wow. No. Took my phone in here to get my cracked screen fixed. Scotty was nice. I got my screen fixed and the display looked cheap, but I wasn't going to complain. I also noticed my speaker mesh was missing. I also got a screen protector for extra protection. A couple days later, I dropped my phone from about two feet high. My phone BREAKS IN HALF. I took it back. Scotty was rude and tells me it's my fault and "maybe if I didn't drop my phone so much this wouldn't happen." Unfortunately I dropped my phone tonight too, but it was not a bad fall this time either. The screen protector was fine, but the cheap glass under was not. My phone screen is shattered again. We took my wife phone in for repair there in late February and we were hoping to get the home button fixed. After two return visits within the 30 days warranty period which is crazy in itself these days. They button would not work correctly like it was supposed to he repaired it twice and on the 3 rd one he blamed my wife for dropping the phone FYI it's in a otter box. He said the warranty is void and to take my crappy phone elsewhere. If I remember correctly his name is Scotty. I would highly recommend not to take it here. I have been thinking about my upsetting experience with Scotty of CellPhone Central in Conway and decided I will write a review. I walked in to sell my phone and Scotty said wait a minute while he finished working on a phone. I was fine with that. He was helpful and seemed knowledgable about phone so all was going well. I was in the process of logging off my apple ID and a man who Scotty had a previous phone conversation walked in the store. Scotty met the man at the door and they started discussing the man's phone issue. I was fine giving up my customer time to this man thinking it would be a short conversation. I took the time to look at cell phone cases. They were blocking my path to the cell phone cases so to avoid interrupting I went behind the counter to get to the cases. I selected a case then went back to waiting. Next Scotty began filling out paper work to take the man's phone in for repair. I said excuse me but I was here first. Scotty walked to my phone and said "For that you can take your phone and leave - I am just answering the man's question". In my opinion not true as there was time for me to select a phone case and they were filling out paperwork. I keep thinking what did I do? - maybe walking around the counter? Maybe Scotty has short man's complex? Beware he starts out nice but will turn on you. read more
