Poor Customer Service…read more On September 2nd2026, after repairs were made to my phone, I simply asked for the parts that I was billed and paid for. The technician gave a curt "you can not have the parts". The technician explained that it was company or Samsung policy and I was not getting my parts. Nowhere on the extensive Work Order/ Receipt does it explain that customer parts can/will not be returned. Because I pointed this out, the policy shifted to been found online. Another technician came from the back and further reinforced an undisclosed policy in a very unprofessional manner. He questioned my reason for wanting the parts and insinuated that I should be happy for the timely repair. My reason for retrieving my parts was simple: I was paying out of pocket and wanted to ensure that the repairs that I paid for were actually completed. This exact same screen issue was repaired, September 2025, less than a year prior and the store claimed water and drop voided the warranty of their previous work. The fold feature of the Samsung Z6 is a well-documented issue. Furthermore, the phone had been inspected by this very store the previous week yet on this visit the technician added an additional imperceptible damage issue, not previously disclosed. I was forced to pay for this new "damage" or the store would not make any repairs. Additionally, the phone was dropped off at 10:55am with an estimated pickup time was 2:57pm. The repair was completed by 12:16., just over an hour later. So, I wanted to verify the completed work and this is where staff became defensive and unprofessional. Other customers were present. The experience was very disappointing and made me question the level of honesty involved in the repair. I trust but verify and this staff operated as though they were doing me a favor to the tune of $537.61. The policy was never produced. And trust broken.
