I spoke with the manager this morning and he was rude with me saying that the machine could not be repaired. He hung the phone up. I spent $600. He could've communicated with me and told me that he was unable to repair the machine properly but did decided not to communicate. I definitely would highly not recommend this company to anyone.

But of course, I would have to try my luck and call on the day of the shipment. They haven't got a shipment in for awhile so they don't know when but should be soon. I later walked around the store and I have to say. Yes it was quiet on a weekday but the layout is pretty good. Its spacious and comfortable to walk around. Good exercise and you get to browse the store.

No I would not like to buy an extended warranty. I would just like to purchase this wickedly overpriced generic brand iPhone cable and be on my way. It was until I found out that the dollar store in the same mall carries a lot of the electronic accessories, cables, chargers etc. that I would go to The Source. Granted, the accessories they carry are a higher quality than a dollar store, they're still really high priced for what they are. I'm not even one to only want the cheapest item out there, either. I am often very willing to pay more for a superior product. What I don't dig is the high pressure sales people, trying to get me to buy things that I don't want or need, many of whose questions I outlined at the beginning of this review. While this cliche used car salesman tactic might bump your sales in the short term, it makes me feel really uncomfortable and I don't want to return.

I didn't even expect to get everything but I guess they had the case and PSU I was looking for in stock and better yet price-matched without asking. Everything was exactly as expected. Only thing is the motherboard they suggested had a semi-known compatibility issue with my exact SSD (MSI Pro X870-P, wd_black SN850X). It certainly would have been nice for them to have known this but perhaps asking this of a lone technician is a bit much. I had to order a 3rd party SSD heatsink from them because of this which was a waste of money but it at least shipped very quickly and without issue. If I ever upgrade my PC in the future they will definitely be the first place I look.
