Okay, so here's the deal. My Hubs and I both have Samsung Note 4's - for one thing, I LOVE THIS PHONE. And that is really kinda putting it mildly. I'm passionate about my Note4. This is fact. Until 3 weeks ago....the OS decided to take a dump on me. Nothing. Nada. Blank screen. Just died. Completely. Hub's Note 4 still running okay...even though we got them what seems like ages ago. So, due to my loathing for all things that are currently out, I wanted to do what I could to revive my Note4. Hubs and I had gone to CellPro's on Peach/KingsCanyon (cuz we are SUNNYSIDE and East Side is highly underrated) in the past, in order to have the OS re-flashed on his phone due to persistent issues and they were AWESOME. And such a great deal. So, I thought I'd try them again. Antony was so awesome, working tirelessly, trying to re-flash my poor Note4(bigtime sad-face) but it was not meant to be. He worked on it for 2.5 weeks and tried everything under the sun and it was just not having it. BUT...Antony WAS able to capture all of my contact information and upload it to my Google account - THANKFULLY! That was a bacon-saver! So after paying my last respects to my beloved Note4, I've reverted back to using my Samsung Siii only because I'm still loathing everything currently out on the market - and if you say "hey, you should go with an iphone - I will probably punch you in the face....so let's not do that. He helped me out as soon as I walked through the door and 20 minutes later I walked out with a brand new screen & 3 month warranty. That is especially important to me because I know that previous shops I have gone to do not offer warranty so a week later the screen starts to lift up & I can't even take it in so I really appreciate that they do have warranty.
