I asked the tech if he could swap the batteries out. He was willing to do that but found that the battery had failed but was under his warranty. He replaced the new battery into my working phone and didn't charge me for the labor. That is what I call service. He was super fast too. I had to have my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 repaired and I was super happy with my repair. The screen was cracked and a lot of other places wouldn't fix it because it was so old. The owner was honest with me and like others he recommend that since my phone was old it would be better to get a new phone, he wasn't trying to sell me a phone but was being honest. But I am a creature of habit and was set on fixing my phone. The repair was done super fast and I am satisfied. I came to this business after I got off of work since I saw a friend like their business account on Facebook. A couple weeks back I messaged them asking about how much it would be to fix my iPhones sound switch and it was 45$. George helped me when I came in and was very good with the customer service aspect and let me know it would take about an hour to repair since he had another phone he was working on. Perfectly fine because I had to get some stuff at the Orchard supply next door. Let's just say it took about 40 minutes to repair, the 45$ price was good and the location is great. They also have a lot of different cases and screen protectors and other accessories as well you can purchase. One cool thing was for 120$ I could change the color of my phone but I would have to order it. Pretty cool! Overall the business is clean and they have big couches and a big tv to watch while you wait! Great location and worth it to have them work on your phone and they also repair screens! It took him weeks to get it fixed. I would drive all the way down there and he would just be randomly closed when he said he was open. My phone had been dropped and stepped on, cracked with little spots on the screen, and my Siri had stopped responding. We had a phone that got dropped and the screen glass cracked and was unusable. I was looking for a repair shop and decided to see what Yelp had to offer and I am glad I did. I put in for a quote and not long after, George responded to let me know what the cost would be and that it would take about thirty minutes to repair, no appointment needed just come by when convenient. I did stop by just after he opened, dropped off the phone as I had a couple of errands to run. I couldn't see anything in my screen without the content moving around. I drove here and they fixed my iPhone 6s in less than 20 minutes. I believe I waited 15 minutes to be exact. It cost $70 for my phone. To some of you that may be pricy, but I assure you that the screen and service they give is good quality. I cheaped out at a different phone repair company in socal, and the screen they gave me cracked AGAIN so easily and was too sensitive. It would click things I didn't click on. Repaired my iPad screen with a standard price. But we kept missing each other on me picking up the iPad. When we did finally plan a day and time that he would be open, I drove 50 mins out only to find that he didn't realized it was Tuesday and I had to come back another day. Just spend way too much on gas for how much I paid. He had the highest ratings but service was just what was required nothing more. Then saying he would be open and then wasn't, was not okay with me on several reasons, I won't get into personal here. If I'd give him a grade, it would be a 'C', passing but that's it. read more
