Best Buy, as a company does the things I need it to do: 1) have stock AND 2) and sell me things at a competitive, yet dictated range by the manufacturer and their own profit margins. Major complaint with Best Buy: their floor/door staff go out of their way to talk to me about their products as a means to provide both "Customer Service" and combat "External Shrink". Not necessary.

They only offered $30 compensation, which is nowhere near enough to repair any damage on an expensive phone.
