I came to this business about two weeks ago and when I got my phone back I had emails opened that were sent during the repair. We deserve privacy as customers.. Also after my repair my camera and Face ID was not working. I called the manager and tried to get the problem recktified. After some back and forth he decided to diagnose the problem for me for free. I took it in and received with my camera working as it did before. I originally had a bad review but since the manager rectified the problem. I'll leave them with a 4 star due to my troubles. Summary: Check camera, face id and all necessities before you leavemaybe lock apps with very private information. Don't need them seeing my commission UPDATE.. After my phone was fixed now there is a specific place on the screen that cannot be pressed on. Another hassle. I'm going to call and try to see if they can fix this problem. I brought my iPhone here to replace the cracked screen with the new one and was quoted for $170. When I came back to pick up my phone right before the closing time I noticed the white balance and the brightness look a little weird, and I addressed the issue to the staff member. The response was that is because they put the cheapest screen, but they never gave me the options to choose from. When I get back home I noticed another issue - important display issue message that never comes away (the photo is attached). In the next two days I also noticed the battery capacity reduced significantly while I was barely using my phone! Before I brought the phone to Cellular ER the battery lasted whole day and even longer, and I used my phone for making photos, watching videos and music listening. So I finally gave them a call, and they explained that the battery capacity reduced due to the cheaper screen! You guys should disclose all these to your customers before! Knowing all these from the very beginning I would never pay this money and rather bring my phone to Apple and pay twice. read more

You get what you paid for. I took my iPhone XS to Eddie to fix. After I got my phone back, It came with an array of problems. The first Issue was The screen wouldn't read my face. In which Eddie tried to say "it was like that before I took it to him"(which was not the case). So he fixed it again. After Eddie fixed that problem, the phone came with new problems. The side button was not working, The screen had a slow reaction time, I could not call anybody from my messages, the screen continued to be unresponsive. And I feel that Eddie compromised phones integrity instead of making it better. I asked for a refund because the service was so atrocious. I would NOT recommend getting your phone fixed here. If you decide to, DO NOT GO TO EDDIE. His aloof attitude is concerning. Especially when it comes to phones. Side note ... They were quick to fix, but their repair was quick to break - 6 days... but "out of warranty" For screen repair, Go elsewhere! there's places that will charge less and the repair will last longer. Debraun,Calvin and Eddie are stars. I am from the UK and found myself in the nightmare position of having my phone (access to money, travel, flights,communication,gps,EVERYTHING) screen crack whilst on holiday in north Miami. On my first frantic trip to the shop (I found it by walking miles in a foreign country relying on local directions), I was greeted by Debraun and Calvin who were extremely empathetic and went the extra mile to assist me, even looking up the conversion from dollars to pounds so I would know how much money I had to get to fix the mess. It was the attitude of both these staff that had me return to the shop the next day where I would meet Eddie who immediately understood the urgency and after checking if there were spares for repairs to bring my cost down, put in a rush order so I could have my phone the next day. I would return again, after walking miles and was given water by Calvin who was just finishing off my repair. without these guys I would have been stranded. just as fast as they took my money and "fixed it"..it also broke as fast the next day and they told me i have to pay for it again cause its my fault the screen stopped working. Cellular er should definitely use the $180 and get better parts for future customers. read more
