I am glad I found Computes IT Solutions. They sent me Angel, who has a name that describes him well. I had a long list of things I wanted to fix, change or improve, and not just limited to my 3 Apple devices, backups, sync, etc, but also restoring lost music, programming a new vacuum-robot cleaner, etc. Angel was quick, efficient, helpful and very kind. I plan to use them always from now on

WARNING -- BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS SHOP…read more My son brought his brand-new gaming PC to iDEAL PC REPAIRs, INC for one simple job: install a CPU cooler. The work order clearly stated exactly what needed to be done. When he called for an update, Elvis Echevarria became rude, dismissive, and yelled at my son that the visit was a "waste of time" because the cooler was allegedly the wrong size. Instead of professionally explaining the issue, he abruptly hung up on him. When my son picked up the PC, it was returned DISASSEMBLED with loose parts and would no longer power on -- despite working perfectly before being brought into the shop. The motherboard pins were also damaged while the computer was in their possession. Even more concerning, Elvis could not clearly explain what had been done to the computer and then suggested taking it to another repair shop to diagnose the issue. That made absolutely no sense coming from a "repair" business. We later brought the PC to Micro Center in Miami, where technicians stated the computer appeared to have been tampered with. Thankfully, they were able to repair the damage professionally. A working PC was returned damaged, incomplete, and unusable. Terrible customer service, zero accountability, and a very stressful experience overall. After this experience, I would strongly caution people not to rely solely on online ratings and reviews when choosing a repair shop. Positive reviews do not always reflect the quality, professionalism, or honesty you may actually encounter. We trusted the reviews and deeply regret it. After this experience, the so-called "value" and reputation of this place mean absolutely nothing to me. A business is not measured by flashy claims or online ratings -- it's measured by honesty, professionalism, accountability, and how customers are treated when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, iDEAL PC REPAIRs, INC failed in every one of those areas. No customer should ever have to deal with rude and unprofessional behavior like we experienced from Elvis Echevarria. Since this incident, I formally requested reimbursement for the expenses my son had to pay to have his PC repaired and functioning again after the damage occurred. A demand letter was sent to Elvis Echevarria requesting resolution of the matter, yet there has been no response whatsoever. That lack of accountability and professionalism speaks volumes. Businesses that stand behind their work communicate with customers and attempt to resolve problems -- they do not ignore them. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution others before trusting this shop with expensive equipment.

He could have just said I forgot the appointment or I was busy or I changed my mind. All of those would have been acceptable. To make up this ridiculous story is completely laughable. Shame on you.

Yesterday I took my daughter's Iphone to change the back. I dropped it off around 1 pm. I was told it would be ready within two hours. I went back to pick up around 4:15 pm (which is an hour and 15 minutes later then they told me). I was told to give them 20 more minutes. So I went home. Now its 5:10 pm and again I was told come back in 20 Minutes. I was so mad I ask to speak to the manager. He told me he was the manager which was a lie. I told him he has poor customer service skills.He just looked at me and said "well this work is not easy". I might finish it today and I can come pick it up when they open in the morning. And I walked out. At 6:11 pm the guy called me and told me the phone was ready. So I went to pick the phone up. And the price on my invoice was different from what was on his paper. He added an extra $10. After all that, I found out the volume button was not working. So I had to take it back so they can fix the problem in the morning. I would never go back to this place for any service. read more

Ilan and Jose at Comp R Us are wizards. They did a great job with my PC by returning it to an operating machine again after I wiped out the OS by mistake. Luckily all my files were backed up into a Windows(old) folder that saved my files. They were able to restore the files and re-install a fresh copy of Windows 7 onto the hard drive to get it going again. Actually they fixed 2 of my PCs because the other one had a faulty graphics card. They did a diagnostic on that one and found out the graphics card was faulty. After I had the work completed they even adjusted some settings for me remotely. I had some difficulties getting acquainted with the new machine and they were able to remotely log-in to my computer and fix the problem for me. Great service, great company. I'll always go to them for any of my computer needs. Thanks again. You are life-savers. read more

I had a year old custom built gaming PC that wouldn't boot. Hoping it wasn't the 850W power supply I went to Google for solutions and opened up the case to start troubleshooting. Then I realized the last time I replaced a power supply was on a unit that ran Windows 3.0 circa 1993? Called Ilan and Jose and the message was "sure, you might save a few bucks and get lucky, but then again, you might cause further issues, we're here to help if you need us". Common sense kicked in on my end and the end result was a two day turn-around, they repaired (not replaced -saving me time and money) a broken switch, cleaned out the tower, optimized the BIOS, gave me some good advice, and scolded me for not using an anti-virus. Great bunch of guys. They replaced my damage screen, changed the dual fans in my laptop, setup an external backup I had and offered a monthly program with antivirus Cloud based and system automatic software update for a good and reasonable monthly rate. What I like about this monthly support is that there is actually a brick and mortar computer shop I can go back to in case i have problems, instead of having to rely on an 800 customer service. read more

The response was that is because they put the cheapest screen, but they never gave me the options to choose from. When I get back home I noticed another issue - important display issue message that never comes away (the photo is attached). In the next two days I also noticed the battery capacity reduced significantly while I was barely using my phone! Before I brought the phone to Cellular ER the battery lasted whole day and even longer, and I used my phone for making photos, watching videos and music listening. So I finally gave them a call, and they explained that the battery capacity reduced due to the cheaper screen! You guys should disclose all these to your customers before! Knowing all these from the very beginning I would never pay this money and rather bring my phone to Apple and pay twice.
