After I got said replacement, and activated it at ATT they informed me I can transfer the data from my supposedly broken phone to the replacement refurbished. Their tech had my screen working in TWO MINUTES and confirmed it wasn't damage to the motherboard. Even the Apple tech was a little suspicious of motherboard damage.
