Want to call someone? Good luck getting your phone unlocked, I regret coming to this place so much, my iPhone was better off broken. They also admit to screens being bad quality and will NOT give a refund. Also i should say my phone isn't new, its an iphone 11 pro max. Then I decided to call my computer technicians (Crave Systems - awesome company) and they referred me to Milton Wireless. The owner, Shoaib, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I went to his store he took my broken screen off and put a new screen on so we could adjust the media synch settings and then he put my broken screen back on. I went home and was able to upload ALL of my files which I thought I had lost to my pc! I would refer anyone with a broken cell phone to Shoaib at Milton Wireless as he is an expert with excellent customer service and is very reasonable with prices.

I have an update to my first review. The outcome isn't exactly the best, but the folks at…read moreuBreakiFix were exceptionally professional under the circumstances. After having my Google Pixel's battery swapped out with a new one, my phone ran fine. Three weeks later, I woke up one morning to find that my phone would not power on. It was dead. I took it back to the store. I thought that perhaps the new battery may have fried my phone. The person tried basic diagnostics. My phone was dead. He felt that the battery wouldn't have caused this issue. He asked that I leave it there for more tests. Sure enough, a couple of hours later, he declared my phone dead. He couldn't revive it and determined that the motherboard probably needed to be swapped out, which is expensive. He recommended that I contact Google support for next steps. The person that was helping me out refunded me for the complete cost of my phone's new battery. It was a nice gesture. He also wrote an e-mail for me to send to Google support, which indicated that my phone was in pristine condition and that the fault appears to be with the motherboard. Even though my phone went to cell phone heaven, it's nice that this store does everything it can to fix issues and will suggest next steps when it has done everything it can to fix them. (373)

Went to another 'well known' large and easily googled data recovery outfit and they quoted me just…read moreunder 5 figures for recovery in 7-9 days and over $10,000 for 'priority' recovery in 3-5. Honestly there are some suspicious actors in the data recovery world... Memofix is not one of them. I was quoted the same price as was the fix. Got back everything on a failed raid array that had failed sometime in the past and not notified and wasn't backed up for a few months. If ever I hear someone needs data recovery I'll be sending them your way!
