I GOT RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY* The screen they installed for my LG phone broke within 48 hours of the screen being installed. That is with the screen protector that they installed as well. WARNING! THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER PHYSICAL DAMAGE! After presenting this information to them within 48 hours from when the installation happened, they told me that "It's not our fault that the screen cracked" and said I would have to pay more to get it fixed. It dropped only 2.5 feet, when I opened an office door and it cracked. Between the warranty not covering physical damage, the poor quality of the screen installation and the products they use and the bad business approach of running away from responsibility after only 48 hours of the service being preformed. Took my ipjone 12 Pro Max with cracked back glass there for them to fix , they ended up changing my original screen for a fake low resolution screen which got my phone constantly heating up and draining my battery juice, he told me the screen developed a line in the process of changing the back glass, how does a screen get damaged whilst changing just a back glass? I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone or come there for a service again, I would rather use my broken phone till I get a new one. read more

TLDR: poor workmanship physically damaging phone, using cheap battery that was incompatible with phone, and were rude and unapologetic, but honoured warranty. Came in with a mint phone with bad battery. Left with bent, cracked, and scratched phone with missing screws, the same bad battery, and ~6 hours/3 trips wasted. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! A bunch of things stopped working (speakers, microphone, headphone jack) after battery replacement. I went back, they opened it up and said everything looks good and told me to reset the phone. Nothing was fixed after reset so I opened phone myself, put in old battery and it all worked. Workmanship was also extremely poor: they broken the plastic rim around screen, bent the frame (and left scratches all around the edges), chipped edge all around screen, bent plastic cover on back of the phone, and, 3 screws and an internal plate were missing, they were completely unapologetic about the inconvenience (I made 3 20km trips to them and lost 6 hours) and they were rude and combative when I noted the extensive physical damage. The only reason review is not 1 star is that they honored warranty and returned my money without pushing back. read more

I came in to get my Iphone back glass repaired and during the repair they broke my front screen which they replaced free of charge but the resolution of the new screen is awful in comparison to the original and they also wrecked my microphone so now when I talk to people on the phone they can barely hear me even if it's through the car or headphones. These people are scammers. Don't be fooled by their rating. Take the time to read the many other negative reviews here. Had I done so, I wouldn't have ended up $280 short. -I went in 2 weeks ago to replace my Surface Pro 3 screen. I had dropped it on it's edge, which caused the corner to dent and the screen to crack. -They told me they could fix it for $280, failing to point out that there would be a risk of re-cracking due to the dented corner. Obviously, they just wanted my money. -Lo and behold, my screen cracked 2 weeks later IN THE EXACT SAME LOCATION AS THE ORIGINAL DENT with regular use. Not dropped, not misused. -I went back to the shop and they refused to do anything about it, despite their "90 day warranty". They kept insisting that their 90 day warranty only covered "touch screen issues and no physical damage". However, THEY CAUSED THE PHYSICAL DAMAGE WHICH IN TURN RESULTED IN A CRACKED AND BROKEN TOUCH SCREEN. I had to beg them to at least get the keyboard to start working again (which was working fine the first time I went in). Rather, they accused me of dropping it. They insulted me and told me to leave the store. Moral of the story: These people are unprofessional. They should have refused to install a new screen on a damaged frame. TLDR: They do not really warranty their work...only if it doesn't affect their bottom line. Our Surface Pro 3 screen was replaced here two weeks ago for $280. There was a dent in the frame in the corner from the prior drop. When my wife picked up the laptop, the owners did remark that they had to "fix" the dent in addition to installing the screen. They did not indicate that there was increased risk of the screen unexpectedly cracking or that they would no longer honor their warranty for the installation. The replacement screen cracked 2 weeks later starting in the corner with the dent. There was no other physical damage to the laptop and it had been left on a table for the two weeks during which we had it. The owners of the shop will not warranty the cracked replacement screen as it constitutes "physical damage", although any reasonable person could realize that this an issue of a damaged frame and an screen being installed where it should not have been. I certainly would have accepted that this was a possibility had the owners been upfront prior to repair that this could happen, or even had they called during the repair to ask me if they should go ahead knowing this, but since they chose to take money for a repair, then they should honor the work. Otherwise this constitutes UNETHICAL business practice. In addition, speaker grills were not replaced on the laptop after screen replacement, further pointing to a poor installation., with a lack of attention to detail. Naturally, the owners do not wish to honor their 90 day "warranty". Moreover, when I called to discuss this with them, they proceeded to insult me and hung up the phone, quite quickly might I add, without any yelling or insulting from my end. I thought I needed to replace both cracked screen and charging port on iPhone 5s but staff told me charging port not an issue and gave me a charging cord that worked. Previously, at a visit to Apple Genius Bar, their staff told me charging port needed to be replaced. Apple failed to mention that some of their lightening cables don't work after last update. Full marks to iFixexpress for being honest and not replacing something that wasn't even broken. 40 minutes and $60 later I have a fully operational iPhone 5s and a charging cable that works with the phone. read more

Had a terrible experience. Wasted $300+ Got my Surface 3 Pro screen fixed by them and it cracked again in 4 days when I was taking it out of my bag. The screen was not properly attached and there was space in between which cracked with a gentle touch. Took it back and they said we can fix it again for $250 because we don't cover cracks. But it was a crack not due to my negligence, it happened because of a bad job. So due to their bad job I am out of $300 and at the same place that I started from. Found this shop from Kijiji, went in and brought in my Samsung Galaxy S6 that had the camera lens cracked. I dropped off my phone for about 15 minutes and it was fixed!! Twice I went to this store which is a registered fedex drop off location. Both times it was closed even though fedex drop off hours are from 8AM-5PM. On my second attempt when I arrived at 10:30AM to drop off and it was closed, I called the store owner who basically told me that I can't go by fedex hours because he has different hours. WTF? Are you serious? Then why are you a registered drop off location?? Either change your hours to honor your registration with fedex or forget it!!! read more

Waited about 1 hr and a 1/2 to repair my cracked digitizer. They could not guarantee it to be water resistant anymore. Something about only being done in the factory. They wrapped it up with elastic bands and said do not remove the bands for 2 days. Well 3 weeks later I can see problems are happening with my screen. It sometimes goes to black when I touch it and I can see the LCD light along the edge of the screen. The screen feels spongy (loose) on the phone. Now I have to go back again and waste another 3 hrs of my life for sloppy workmanship. I would not recommend going there unless you like wasting your time! They did not even fixed the phone properly and saying that its not their fault. Being irresponsible cost money. I dropped my phone and my screen cracked. My Android is coming on 2 years so I had them change my glass and the battery since my current battery would drain real quick. They showed me what they are changing and i got to keep my old battery. The service was great and quick ( 30 to 45 min ) . I found them on kijiji and the price was competitive too. 100 and change got me allot plus warranty 90 days for battery ( I saw the old review ) prices are reasonable for accessories and they provide Wi-Fi if u want to go wait while they fix it. I would have not known any of this had i not taken it to another repair shop. This place said they couldn't fix my iPad but said absolutely nothing about the glass being replaced. He admitted not telling me about the replaced glass. I asked why he didn't tell me upon pick up and he could not explain. He couldn't explain why screws and a cable were missing. He wanted me to go into the store to talk "face to face". I found his tone threatening and very unprofessional. Regardless of the other reviews, I wouldn't even send my worst enemy to this place. Hi, Went to iFix Express to replace the battery on a HTC One M7 I ended up with a phone that looks damaged (dents, cracks at the edge of the screen, gaps, enlarged seams, etc) , the sound quality is not that good , Bluetooth and Wi-Fi not working I bought myself the battery from Amazon and handed to them to replace it Half an hour later the phone was ready but the notification LED light was red all the time and wouldn't go off even after restarting the phone couple times Another 20 min and the phone was ready again (they disconnected the battery and hook it back). This time everything looked god ! 30 min later I got a phone call and the ear piece sounded horrible with lots of crackling noise making it impossible to have any conversation Went back to them, they open it again added more glue and really didn't make much of a difference. At the same time they said my battery was dead (!?) and they have to replace it with one of theirs (this one was for free, no charge) Went home, ordered the earpiece from Amazon and 2 weeks later I went back to them to replace it. They did that and now the phone sounds better to the point I can have a conversation with the person at the other end (the crackling is still there once in a while) Later in the day noticed the bluetooth and wi-fi won't work unless I'm less than 1 meter away from receiver or router Eventually I had to change my phone - it was ruined Getting your device fixed there is probably a matter of luck read more
