That is with the screen protector that they installed as well. WARNING! THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER PHYSICAL DAMAGE! After presenting this information to them within 48 hours from when the installation happened, they told me that "It's not our fault that the screen cracked" and said I would have to pay more to get it fixed. It dropped only 2.5 feet, when I opened an office door and it cracked. Between the warranty not covering physical damage, the poor quality of the screen installation and the products they use and the bad business approach of running away from responsibility after only 48 hours of the service being preformed. From the moment we got it back, the phone was freezing, becoming unresponsive, and the display colors were visibly off -- all signs of a faulty repair or defective part. On March 8, we returned after a thick vertical line appeared on the screen. They replaced it again under warranty, but not before implying my son had caused the damage -- which he firmly denies. That second replacement was done around 1:00 PM. By 7:00 PM the same day -- less than 6 hours later -- the screen stopped working entirely. The screen protector was completely intact, ruling out any physical damage on our end. We are now being told they will not fix it and that WE are responsible for the damage. This is completely unacceptable. This is our third visit for what should have been a simple screen replacement. The pattern is clear -- either defective parts are being used, or the installation quality is poor, and rather than taking accountability, they are blaming the customer. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a phone repair to look elsewhere. This shop takes no responsibility for their own work and will leave you worse off than when you came in.

Hello Future-Tech, I am writing to formally lodge a…read morecomplaint regarding the poor service and damage caused to my Samsung A52 smartphone at your store on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at approximately 1:15 PM at your Vaughn Mills location. I visited your store to fix an issue with my phone's charging port, as it occasionally failed to charge when plugged in. The technician on duty tested my phone using one of the shop's chargers and confirmed the same issue. He told me that the charging port was faulty and offered to fix it for CAD 20. After negotiation, we both agreed on a fee of CAD 10 for the repair. He asked me to return in 20 minutes to collect my phone. Upon my return, the technician informed me that the repair was completed and requested my PIN to access the phone. I declined to provide it and instead attempted to unlock the device myself. I immediately discovered that I could no longer swipe or input my PIN -- the touch screen was unresponsive. I showed this to the technician, who appeared nervous and began to unscrew the phone again. He made a phone call in another language, but I could hear him mention "charging port." Despite several attempts, he was unable to restore the functionality. He even removed my screen protector and force-restarted the phone, yet the issue persisted. When I tested the phone with my own chargers, the charging problem also remained. The technician later confirmed, using his own charger, that the phone was still not charging properly. At that point, I became very upset, as my phone was now in worse condition than before. I had to leave for work immediately and told him I would return when free. Because of the damage to my phone, I was unable to book a ride to work and had to walk approximately 28 minutes. Throughout my shift, I was unable to reach my wife and baby, nor could they reach me, causing great distress. As of now, my phone remains unusable, and the initial charging issue was not fixed. This has caused me significant inconvenience and emotional distress. I request that Future-Tech take full responsibility for the damage caused to my phone and either: Repair or replace my Samsung A52 to its original working condition,or I press charge for the damage and the emotional stress caused.
