Neither customers nor the staff guy wore masks even though there is a sign to wear masks. Take my advice and send your husband here - cut about 10 mins off the trip.

Then he used a jackhammer to see if the leak was under the broken patio. Finding nothing except a horrific original cement job, I called Tony. (Previous owner had concrete guy pour cement with no rebar and increasing in thickness as the hill fell away from the house, so that one side was 4" and the downhill side was 12" thick; ah, ya it broke!) Tony did a quick assessment, great bid and fantastic work. He prepared a level and compacted base upon which to lay rebar and new cement; beautiful job. Absolutely now quibbling over what was and was not included in the bid and work is fantastic.

I hired Sam's Deck and Restoration to demolish an old propane enclosure and build a new one…read more Unfortunately, the quality of workmanship was some of the worst carpentry I have ever seen. The enclosure was framed approximately 11 inches out of square. Instead of measuring and cutting each board properly, they ran boards long and cut them in place, damaging the material behind them in the process. Basic finish carpentry practices were ignored. When I asked Sam why he didn't orient the boards so the factory edges were visible and the cut edges were hidden, he didn't seem to understand the concern. What was most disappointing was the response when I brought up the quality issues. Sam's comment was, "It's just a propane enclosure." In my opinion, a professional carpenter should take pride in every project, regardless of size, and provide the customer with quality workmanship. For a project that cost around $3,000, I expected much better attention to detail and craftsmanship. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would suggest others look elsewhere.
