Terrible customer service very unresponsive and we initially spoke to Steve on april 13th 2022 and he told us a week then it was two weeks then it was no response no phone call no answer. Then he picked up two weeks later telling us oh a bunch of random excuses. He has told us multiple times a week from now he can start the job and a month later tell us a week from now. It is now October and still had heard nothing so we went with a different concrete company who was super fast and got the job done within a week. Steve and his crew just finished the concrete decking around our new pool. It looks awesome!! Steve was great at asking many preliminary questions to make sure he understood exactly what we wanted and we knew what to expect. During the big day of pouring the concrete, they were careful to evenly space the break lines, add a slight grade for drainage, and even match the color above the pool access covers so you don't have this white circle in the middle of your new concrete. All the reviews looked so good, but I've called several times over the last two weeks, and left a couple messages with no response

Steven and his team poured our roughly 1100 sq ft patio two years ago. When Steven came to look at the job we had just fired our concrete person after he had formed and we discovered he had several issues with the forming that was unacceptable. Our intent was to match up new exposed aggregate to old exposed aggregate. Steven was honest with us and told us we would hate it and suggested we should pull up the old. It wasn't in the budget but we took the leap and we're so thankful we did because he was absolutely right and we're very thankful he made the suggestion. We also decided at that time to move to a colored stamped concrete. The day of the pour everything went great in and they cleaned up well. We were suppose seal the concrete ourselves, which we did, but undoubtedly didn't do quite the job as a professional. Steven was kind enough to come by and put another coat of seal on. While doing so, Steven noticed a couple areas he wasn't pleased with that would need some touch up when resealed, so he said he would come back the following year and do the touch up and seal it again for us stating the second seal was the most important and he wanted to ensure we were pleased with it. COVID hit the next year so we pushed to 2021. True to his word, Steven touched everything up and and sealed it for us a few weeks ago. It looks amazing. We're very grateful we found Steven!! Our front yard turned out far better than we had ever imagined. We found Steven from a recommendation from my husband's coworker, and we are so happy that he came into our lives! When we met with him Steven provided several references of past work. My wife and I drove out and saw his past work and spoke with the homeowners.
