Booking was easy, communication was professional, and my car looks and smells good. My only suggestion is to make sure you are prepared to point out exactly where your concerned spots are. I trusted that the guys would be able to identify all the messes, so I did not give specific instructions. There were things I did not expect to be left behind. These things include hand/finger prints on interior, a sticky mess left in the back seat by my child (#1 reason for booking), and still some dirty spots left on exterior. My car looks good on a superficial level, but I still have things I have to go back and clean. Not what I expected if I'm paying someone to do it.
