Another excellent tour, booked through a tour agency next to the beach at the hotel. We had a private shuttle, so there wasn't any waiting for other people to join us. The shuttle driver waited for us the entire time, and was there waiting for our drive to the final cenote/lunch. We had a tour guide (forgot his name), I believe Arturo, he was great and we even rode bikes along the dirt rode between the first and second cenote.
They offer lockers but be careful with the key which has a stretch coil band that goes around your wrist. My husband lost it in either the first or second cenote. We were able to gather or things by then unscrewing the door off the lockers. Also take bug spray. I'm so glad that we did, we were bitten by mosquitoes, before putting it on. Sunscreen isn't really needed as you aren't in standing sunlight long but take it anyway, along with towels. Someone mentioned to us that you can snorkel. Perhaps you can in the cave but we didn't snorkel even though we were prepared for it. read more
