I called Orromac: $250 and they could get it back to me in 24 hours. So I dropped it off at 5:45pm yesterday. Osama called me at noon to tell me it was ready. It started up like a charm. So MUCH faster turnaround at $50 less. I am surprised other reviewers found this proprietor to be unfriendly. He could not have been nicer. Oh, and the screen hasn't been this clean since the day I bought it.

Yet I talked to a women named Betty on Friday 3/22 (last week) who stated she would call me back on Tuesday 3/26. Here I am on Friday 3/29 giving her more time and no call. Not even an update. By the way I haven't seen them since last July 2018. My review is a thumbs down if you are going through a hard time from a car accident and need to go over your bill. There is no call to the client at anytime from their billing department to give you a heads up in regards to what is going on. This has been the most stressful experience I have ever uncounted. I will continue to spread my disappointment to my co-workers, friends, parents at sports events, and who ever asks about a physical therapy program to go to.

Not only did Boris make sure this problem was addressed, he noticed while working on it some small structural issues. These resulted from my slipping and falling on the computer last winter, shielded by a padded briefcase. At no extra charge, he replaced some screws and otherwise corrected the alignment of the frame, presenting me the next day with a pleasant surprise, as I had forgotten about these issues with my machine. I brought my laptop in because it would no longer boot up correctly after running Norton Utilities and the automatic repair tools wouldn't work. I was told that the prognosis was pretty grimm and we could recover the data, but would have to restore the OS an reinstall all of the software, etc. They were very friendly and just trying to be honest, which I appreciate. They said they would try a few things, but weren't optimistic. Well, I'm glad I didn't listen. I did a 5 minute search on Google that led to an article that took me through (step-by-step) fixing the problem in 3 minutes. My computer was immediately back to being FULLY functional with no loss of data or programs. I guess this would be a 5 start review had someone said: those are hard errors to fix, but we can look online and research to see if there are fixes out there for this type of problem. I would have left them my computer. But would they have searched or just come to the conclusion that a wipe of the computer was the only fix? Note: I consider myself to be very computer literate and only went looking for "expert" help when I couldn't figure out a resolution. This was the first time I have ever had an experience repairing my phone or computer that didn't leave me frustrated, totally broke and without my device for days (or weeks).
