Been here before and everything went good! Dr is great and super professional. BUT called to make an appointment over a month ago, the day of the appointment I get there and the lady tells me I don't have one? So you took my information over the phone for nothing? Talked over the phone for 7 mins making the appointment for nothing? What? They had nothing scheduled actually! Not even a different date. Why would I waste my time to drive to this business then? Then she pulls the "I can't confirm if your daughter has insurance" card! So I make another app, called my insurance and she does in fact have insurance! The day of the SECOND appointment comes, I call to reschedule because my daughter was sick, she tells me again that they can't confirm that I have insurance! I will never come back here again the staff sucks! They all need to be fired especially the older woman! read more

Hands down the best Pediatric dentist office I've been to. Today was my two boys 4th visit with Dr. Gostanian and they still get so happy and excited for their dentist appointment. With my husband being in the military, we will definitely miss this office when it's time to say goodbye to vegas. We have a lot of military friends who bring their kids here and everyone has nothing but positive things to say. Their safari theme is very cute and the office is very welcoming. I chose this location so that my parents could take my kids here during the summer months, while they're out of school and I'm working. When I made the first appointment I was told that I would need to come in on the initial visit and show my ID and insurance info, then after that my parents could bring my kids to their appointments. It so happened that they had a Saturday appointment available at 7:15 so I booked the appointment and took my girls. The staff was very friendly from the front desk staff all the way up to the handsome dentist. He took the time to answer any concerns I had after their exams. My youngest had a cavity and had to schedule a follow up appointment. She had no complaints after her procedure. We had a great experience at Centennial Childrens Dentistry! The woman at the front desk, Julie, was extremely helpful as we had last minute problems with our insurance. We were able to resolve the issue and my son was able to keep his appointment. It was my sons first time at the dentist and I was afraid he was going to be terrified but he actually enjoyed the whole experience. Tiffany was amazing with him, very gentle, patient, and explained everything very thoroughly in very simple understandable words. The dentist here and staff are extremely unprofessional. The dentist had zero options for anything other than sedation for my daughter. On top of the fact that they wouldn't let me back to be with her in case she cried. They claim they "foster independence" which is cool but I am the parent not you. Also when I explained my daughters cousins have never been sedated the dentist said verbatim to me " if you're not ok with the sedation then You should go to their cousins dentist office ". Never heard of any dentist making someone get sedated against their wishes so yes, I will gladly see another dentist office. And lastly, their entire staff along with the Dentist seem very miserable. Good luck with anyone that decides to come here. The office manager seemed nice. I would have rather them give her the numbing stuff with the needle vs drinking a drug to numb her. Also, their entire dentist office smells entirely of cigarettes. Doesn't make me feel like they are very clean there. read more

Everyone in the office that we have come into contact with has been very professional while also being super nice and friendly. Concerns are taken seriously and they are really good at handling littles and have always been good at talking to her like she's her own little person. Certainly highly recommend them!! read more

Our experience was awesome! The staff was so patient, nice, and informative. From the receptionist to the Dr. everyone was profesional but made me feel so welcomed like we had known each other for a long time. Didn't even feel the stress of a Dentist visit, even with my 2 year old tagging along for my other sons app. He was so calm and exited about getting his teeth cleaned! Our first visit to this office went way better than expected! My 5 year old was filled with dread, but they made everything easy, and his cleaning was a breeze. Dr. G is super nice, and made him feel totally comfortable. I love the way the 'cleaning chair' is sort of out in the open, it's like in the middle of the office. I don't know if it was intentionally set up that way or not, but what a GREAT way to ease anxiety ! I never thought about it till coming here, but walking into a small room with the dental chair, and seeing all that equipment for the first time, it probably feels like an operating room. But here, its just a chair, out in the open, with a TV on the ceiling, of course. We saw the Dr walk past a couple times, and he said hi. So when it was our turn, he just sort of casually came over and asked my son if he was ready for him to take a look. great set up! It really made a difference for my 5 year old, making everything seem a bit more casual and relaxed... UPDATE : Ok, we finally had to go back with our 5 year old to have some dental work done, and since my review above was after only the initial exam, ( which is the easy part ) I just wanted to update that this place does still get 5 stars from our family...i couldnt believe how easy it went. He was sedated for the work. As soon as we got there they took him back to drink the medicine, then brought him right back out to sit for a bit while it kicked in...again, i have to stress how much easier and LESS stressful it seems to be for the kiddos when they go back without the parents. It just makes sense. Anyway, while we were waiting for the meds to kick in, they took my teenage son back for his cleaning. then they came and got the little one, and he just walked right back with her, no problem. And he was just fine and ready to go home an hour later...no complaints! read more

My kids have been going for the last 8 years. I can't believe Dr allows his front desk staff to sever our relationship but I guess he has enough business. I had to cancel my kids dentist appointment and it was a weekend. They told me, they would have me in a wait list. I've called several time to see if I could get them in but nothing. Coming here to this location is always a pleasure. A beautiful clean and expansive lobby; with a tv, game console, and fun toys for the little kids to keep them busy. The front of the office staff is extremely knowledgeable and polite. After each visit they give the kids a token to put in the vending machine, where they get to turn it and get a beautiful gemstone toy! They also have a roll of fun stickers to chose from, my daughter always get a Wonder Woman sticker! We've spent a lot of time with them since my daughter had some cavities to address, and the care they give her is astounding. Couldn't be happier. Dr. G is the best pediatric dentist in town. The office is truly KID FRIENDLY! When you walk in the door you know you are in a positive environment. The atmosphere is peaceful and fun. The office is decorated in a Safari theme. What kid doesn't love animals? The only television shows that play are kid shows, you never have to worry about anything inappropriate coming across the screen. There are children's books, video games and educational toys as well. Oh, and no problem parents- there is reading material for you also. I have four children ages ranging from 8-15 years old they have been seen for regular cleanings, filings, extractions and a spacer. Dr. G. knows how to relate to each child on their level. He is patient, compassionate, and super caring. He treats each patient with respect and kindness. Dr G.'s professionalism is unparalleled. Each visit exceeds my expectation. The kicker is even the staff members are polite and kind. How often have you seen that happen?. They have EXCELLENT customer service skills and treat each person that walks through the door with respect. That tells you alot about the leadership that Dr. G. possess. He values each patient. Anyone that comes here will tell you that he absolutely loves what he does. This not about getting money out of your pockets but providing the best dental care for your child. Caution. They use laughing gas on little children. The assistant asked me to wait outside while my daughter's procedure was been done. They rushed my through the paperwork, and never explained me they will use laughing gas on my 8 years old. I found out about when we got home. My daughter was out of control, talking non-sense and non-stop. I reported the issue to my insurance. I hope they get prohibited from taking Culinary Insurance. read more

His staff is friendly and competent, everything is well explained, and we have never had a traumatic visit. My son is 7 & was absolutely terrified of dentist offices because of his past experience with horrible dentists forcing things in his mouth and holding him down. I actually looked on yelp & I saw this dentist had 5 stars which is rare. Well his first visit they completely took there time and if he was uncomfortable they would stop and explain and fast forward to yesterday, he had to get 2 baby teeth pulled. I was so nervous & afraid but the whole staff made me feel so comfortable & they gave him a drink to relax him and took him back an hour later and I was expecting to them to come back out and say that they would have to put him under and to my surprise 15 mins later he came out with a huge smile & was finished and he actually said he had fun and didn't feel a thing. I have been bringing my children (ages 9 and 7) to Centennial Children's Dentistry for 2 years now for their regular checkups, cleanings, and x-rays. As well as the occasional appointment for fillings. Appointment times have been convenient and we rarely have to wait more than just a few minutes. The office staff has been very easy to work with and polite. The dentist, Dr. Harout Gostanian, is kind and gentle with the kids and answers my questions without making us feel rushed. In fact, everyone my children interact with in the the office has been incredibly nice (and calming)!
