For example: I was given paperwork AFTER the doctor came to see my chart. There was a long series of statements to initial. They all started with "I VOLUNTARILY" submit to... (I all caps for emphasis). One of the statements asked me to "agree that all my questions about the procedure were answered." I didn't know what could go wrong. Doctor had already left. I told the nurse my concern; he said the doctor would be coming back. Dr Triveti (partial owner of the facility) never came back. There's also things like the privacy and other signatures . I am pretty sure one said they would use any photos any was they wanted--it was a release. I signed those in an exhausted state after 1 1/2 days of pooping and liquid diet. I filled out a lot of papers online before the colonoscopy. Why couldn't they have sent me links to review the information BEFORE the day of the procedure? No informed consent of any kind. Very suspicious. Here was my choice when they said they were ready for me: 1. Not doing the procedure after 1 1/2 days of pooping, liquid diet, and 2 nights of no sleep. 2. Just sign everything, and get it done. In my exhausted state, I chose the second. I have been having pain since the colonoscopy. Severe cramping, especially the next day. It wasn't until I spoke to the nurse, that called the next day, who told me why. Apparently they had to push the camera/scope in with extra pressure. Why didn't someone tell me this right after I woke up from the procedure? Four days later, that I am still having pain. I was going to give one star, but I gave an extra star for the helpful nurses. I hope Dr Triveti makes some changes to this facility. I don't want to go back.

There were only two surgeries scheduled for today including mine . i was the last so no rush from check in 8:25 to checkout about 3 hours . Once I met the anesthesiologist she did her job and i remember nothing including waking up . It went so fast all i remember at discharge was the nurse helping me with my shoes although they were slip on ? i think she got my vibe i didn't want to walk bare feet in the surg center floor . She offered a walk off or wheel chair I opted for walk off . I think today was a short day for them as i was out before lunch . If you Schedule day after a major holiday good chance you'll have same experience I did . you get 100% of doctors anesthesiologist and nurses attention . Everyone was in a great mood . Overall it was an almost painless surgery and easy experience from scheduling with Rachel at Dr. Ziv to surgery day discharge .

Luxer appeared to be a different kind of service from standard urgent care practices because it…read moreseemed to offer things like care coordination, chronic care, mental health, weight loss, etc. My LO went in for labs and X-rays pre-op for a specialized orthopedic surgeon out of state. They handled it with amazing efficiency and very little administrative friction. The tests they ran were accepted and he received the operation successfully. Upon returning home realized he needed PT and home healthcare. He called to see if they could help him arrange for that, along with some follow up labs. They turned him away. The person on the phone said, if he wanted that kind of service he'd need to sign up for their concierge program. With the exception of the surgery he needed, the patient is healthy and historically has not needed frequent visits to the doctor. But now he's going to need to establish a relationship with a GP or something, even though Luxer initially appeared to be a very convenient solution for people like him, who aren't at the doctor's office a lot.

She listened carefully, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. We were also impressed with how quickly we were seen and how smoothly everything was handled, including getting the X-ray done. When you're worried about someone you love, that level of care and efficiency means so much. I had been quite sick for several days when I finally went to Westlake Urgent Care and saw Dr. Sonia. She took cultures from my mouth/throat and a sample for a gastrointestinal panel and explained that the results could take a few days. I understood that and was willing to wait. The problem was that I never heard back from the office. After several days, I called and was told the results were still pending. I waited longer, but again, no one contacted me and I received no message or call from Dr. Sonia. Then, on 06/27/26, my pharmacy notified me that I had a prescription ready. I was surprised because I had not been told what my test results showed or why I was being prescribed medication. I picked up the prescription, which was Keflex, and called the office for an explanation. I was told Dr. Sonia wasn't there, so I was left without any real answers. I recently received two separate invoices from two different labs totaling nearly $300 for testing that I never received any results for. I called the office again and was eventually told by someone other than the doctor that I had tested positive for Klebsiella pneumoniae. I then had to research it myself to understand what it was and what it meant, because no one at the office took the time to explain the results or answer my questions. I told him it was upsetting that I was never called. He said that they tried calling me. This is not true since I have no messages or missed calls from them and I was waiting for them to call cell phone is with me 100% of the time. What disappoints me most is not simply the testing or the prescription. It is the lack of communication. When a patient is sick and waiting for test results, I believe they deserve to know what was found, what the treatment is for, and what the next steps should be. I should not have had to learn about my diagnosis from a random person on the other end of the phone a month later and then research it myself. After many years of going to this office, it is sad to say that I will not be returning. There are other urgent care options in the same neighborhood, and I feel I need to find a practice where communication and follow-up are given more attention. I sincerely hope Dr. Sonia and the office take this feedback to heart. I am not writing this review to be mean or unfair. I am writing it because I was genuinely disappointed, and I would have expected better communication from a medical office I had trusted for many years.

Very painful. The moment i hit my whole back was sprung. I could barely move. I went home immediately put ice on it took Advil and a muscle relaxer. My husband made an appt. For two days later. It was 9:00a.m. I went right into xray snd found i had a compression fracture L1. I was suppose to go to France next day. The PA said i don't think you are going. I pleaded with him and said i am not disappointing my grandson. Jonathan what a great guy, he spoke with Dr.Spayde, came back in and said, did you eat anything, luckily I didn't. He said we are going to do a kyphoplasty and you should be able to go without pain. So immediately i was triage, everyone came in. I got an MRI. The nurse who is the most sensitive caring person, (wish i remembered his name) was the best IV person I ever had. And the anesthesiologist was so kind and reassuring. This is s little past four weeks now and i feel great. I would give ten stars. How it is so amazing that all these guys got it together to fit me into their schedule. I can't thank them enough. But thank you, thank you, thank you!
