I was provided a healing space with attention to my personal care, this was my first time in the hyperbaric chamber. I was guided and directed by the staff in such a loving and caring concerned matter. I never felt alone, and after my first session, I was so ready to go back in for more. I meditated and even napped, this aided my healing process tremendously! I cannot recommend this enough, the staff here are truly fantastic the best. Getting confirmation on what was included numerous times from the employee. Long story short I was told an additional IV would be included in my package. It was not. They wanted more money after the service was performed & of course the woman that sold me the package is no longer there, one week later. I feel scammed. No one in their right mind would sign up for $600 dollars in IV therapy within a one week period. I will not be returning or referring anyone. A good rule in business is to take care of your customers, especially loyal ones. This is a business that is more interested in taking your money than your wellness.
