I completed my forms online at home as requested, but was asked to do it again upon arrival. Two nurses met me and reviewed my forms. I was asked what I came in for and I said I want to find out what you offer and that I know I'm dehydrated as a result of new medicine. One nurse asked if I had other issues. She suggested I try the Fitness Recovery IV therapy. When asked what was in it she mentioned multiple B vitamins which I was advised by a doctor not to load up on. When I asked if she was a PA she responded that she was an RN. She then advised I needed a consult with some other initials I didn't recognize (not MD, PA, NP). I definitely felt uneasy in this situation and that if I didn't ask questions, they weren't going to do a thorough job. I was not confident in the care being offered so I left. This was not well-coordinated, reliable or trustworthy in my opinion.

When I arrived the next morning, I explained again that I didn't want the services and reiterated the situation. The staff was friendly, though clearly embarrassed. Still, the policy itself spoke volumes. Their website and advertisements say "walk-ins welcome" and "FREE consultation," yet they refused to cancel my appointment within minutes of booking. To me, that's misleading and not a good look for a company built on beauty and trust.

First time lip filler experience…read more I wanted something extremely natural. We went with a little under 1 ml with Lovell and opted for the topical numbing cream. Pain was 5/10 but I'm also low tolerant to pain. I have to admit that my lips were very swollen post injection as expected but I still panicked! Lovell and staff were incredibly reassuring and supportive throughout the week post injection. Making sure they were available and even scheduled me to come back in to follow up and reassure some more. Once the swelling came down and the filler started to settle in the end result was exactly what I was looking for. People wouldn't be able to tell I have any filler in my lips. I went up to the front desk to ask if they want us to come by another time since so much time has passed, she assured me we will be seen soon. After 45 minutes of waiting I was finally seen. You could tell it was just one nurse running the whole building that day. I came in for the Flu remedy IV since I caught a bad bug. I let the nurse know I get really squeamish with needles- he injected me and quickly left. Immediately after he left, I started feeling really faint. My boyfriend in a panic tried buzzing in the nurse, but after 3 times we knew he was too busy and wasn't going to come to check up on me. My boyfriend watched me loose all color and faint- he couldn't even find anyone in the halls to get me more water! By the time I woke up, the injection was almost over so I just let the nurse wrap it up and send me off. Granted, the Flu IV brought me back to life and made me feel amazing after- it was just a very lackluster experience. I wish I went elsewhere that I felt more cared for. For $200 you would think it would be a better experience.
