At first it was purely a financial decision, since any physical ailments that are not apparent to the naked eye, would mean a doctor visit an additional X-ray, or CT scan, diagnosis, and probable pharmaceutical remedy. Since my health insurance can be summarized as catastrophic, any multiple visits would not be helpful to me and my bank account. My first visit was due to extreme neck pain and the second visit for tendonitis in the shoulder, and both problems were alleviated in one session. My third visit a few months later was due to ligament and possibly tendon damage which made driving or sitting for long period of time excruciating. The first session for the ligament/tendon problem did help but the pain did not subside to my satisfaction, again due to long term damage. A follow up session of acupuncture also included Prolotherapy, and this session provided within a few weeks almost complete painless recovery. I am very happy with the results, my body and my wallet are thankful for Jere Proctor, acupuncture and prolotherapy.

Dr. Ville is not your average chiropractor! To make a long story short, I had severe neck pain and…read morea burning/stinging feeling running down my arm. I went to see a regular chiropractor for some relief. The particular chiropractor I had chosen had very good reviews and looked to be a good fit for me. But when I went to see him he ran some tests with one of his machines and told me all about the process of getting all of my spine aligned and working through all of the issues I might have. So he adjusted my lumbar (low back) and my thoracic (ribs) region and when it got to my cervical (neck) region, he said he didn't want to touch it and told me to get x rays. He didn't provide any relief for my pain at all. He set the stage for more visits. Dr Ville on the other hand, sat and talked with me about my history and what might have caused the injury. He then performed physical tests on me for range of motion, strength, pain sensitivity and general function. Following that he told me what the plan was for the day and provided relief through massage, electro stim, stretching and adjustments. The process was simple, yet efficient and productive. The amazing part is, I didn't need any major adjustments, just a simple massage to release the muscles around the neck to allow the neck to be adjusted. But if I did need any serious work, he would have been able to do that and he has a partner to take care of the more advanced medical issues such as cortisone shots and other types of care. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable and put me at ease from the beginning. They listened to my story about the pain and discomfort and worked with me to get an appointment scheduled and get some relief. At no point did they seem anxious or irritated. And they treated everyone in that office the same way, with courtesy and kindness. It is rare to find a staff so in tune with the general mission of the business the way they are. I would highly recommend Dr. Ville to anyone looking for a professional chiropractor. He does it right!
