After completing the review the "Doctor" called my personal phone number from a Denver area code. (I wouldn't have answered if I wasn't originally from that area and thought it was a friend or relative I had lost the number of.). When I expressed to him I didn't care to speak about the review I promptly ended the phone call. Only to have him text me from the same number with an uncalled for comment. I promptly blocked the number. Immediately after I received a call from another phone number this time with a Brevard county area code. I answered only to find out it was the same person that had called before that I had blocked because of the above mentioned text message. He immediately started shouting I again terminated the phone call. He again texted me from the Brevard number with another uncalled for comment. Unprofessional is the first word that came to mind. My second thought was is this activity criminal? I just want to make people aware of the way this particular practice has treated me. When reading this review ask yourself; do I really want to go to a place of business that would treat anyone like this for any reason?

The pain on the left side of my back was unbelievable, so much so that I had trouble even breathing because of the body movement it involved. After a week of recovery which included muscle relaxants, I had to go back to work. Immediately, the pain was incapacitating. I went to see a regular chiropractor for some relief. The particular chiropractor I had chosen had very good reviews and looked to be a good fit for me. But when I went to see him he ran some tests with one of his machines and told me all about the process of getting all of my spine aligned and working through all of the issues I might have. So he adjusted my lumbar (low back) and my thoracic (ribs) region and when it got to my cervical (neck) region, he said he didn't want to touch it and told me to get x rays. He didn't provide any relief for my pain at all. He set the stage for more visits. Dr Ville on the other hand, sat and talked with me about my history and what might have caused the injury. He then performed physical tests on me for range of motion, strength, pain sensitivity and general function. Following that he told me what the plan was for the day and provided relief through massage, electro stim, stretching and adjustments. The process was simple, yet efficient and productive. The amazing part is, I didn't need any major adjustments, just a simple massage to release the muscles around the neck to allow the neck to be adjusted. But if I did need any serious work, he would have been able to do that and he has a partner to take care of the more advanced medical issues such as cortisone shots and other types of care. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable and put me at ease from the beginning. They listened to my story about the pain and discomfort and worked with me to get an appointment scheduled and get some relief. At no point did they seem anxious or irritated. And they treated everyone in that office the same way, with courtesy and kindness. It is rare to find a staff so in tune with the general mission of the business the way they are. A Lifesaver for Serious Injury Recovery & Chronic Pain!…read more I cannot recommend Dr. Stuart McCranels and his incredible team at Injury Treatment Solutions enough. I started seeing them in 2022 following a severe left radial spiral fracture that required surgery, a six-inch internal fixator plate, and six screws. Due to strict medical restrictions during my bone healing, my left arm and hand muscles severely atrophied. While I eventually regained range of motion in my thumb, I desperately needed intensive strength rehabilitation to lift, shoot, and rack weapons for my line of work. On top of my arm injury, I also suffered from chronic lower back pain. During a nerve testing appointment elsewhere, a technician highly recommended Dr. McCranels. I walked into Injury Treatment Solutions immediately after that appointment, and the staff welcomed me warmly, took my information, and miraculously fit me in that very day. They took a thorough history and comprehensive X-rays. Dr. McCranels went over everything with me clearly. That first day, they did an adjustment and therapeutic treatments, including the rolling massage table and a TENS unit with heat compresses. By the next day, they already had me set up for weight therapy to rebuild strength in my arm, shoulder, hand, wrist, and fingers. The results have been amazing: Back Pain Relief: My lower back pain improved so quickly that I was fast able to space out my adjustments. Strength Rehabilitation: They stood by me through targeted therapy until I fully reached my strength goals for my employment. Long-Term Care: Today, I go back whenever I feel I need a tune-up.
