I've gone years searching for the right Gynecologist only to be dismissed about my symptoms. This was the first time a doctor listened and executed a plan to help me! She specializes in hormones and making you feel whole again. I love that she is knowledgeable and she supports her patients in anyway she can. I informed the therapist what my issues are with my posture and curvature of my spine. My sessions with my original therapist went well. On my session with the therapist/owner I let him know I was experiencing pain in my left knee . The exercises he had me do increased pain to where I had to use a cane to walk. I haven't used a cane since my right knee replacement several years ago. On my next visit with my original therapist I told her about the pain and she worked on that. After a few more sessions with her working on my leg discomfort I was feeling better. I informed another therapist on my last visit I still had a little discomfort in my leg. The therapist had me doing exercises that stressed my leg again. Today was supposed to be my last visit so I called before to make sure I had my original therapist. Today another therapist I've never had was going to see me today. I feel worse now than before. I didn't have any symptoms in my legs and now I do.

I drove 45 minutes to the PT location only to see it was closed due to COVID19. I found out It actually closed 4 days before my appointment. Nobody ever called me to let me know. I left a message, nobody ever called me back. I heard from another medical group that First Choice was closing for good and their doctors and staff were moving around looking for work elsewhere. The following week I received a bill for xrays. I called my family doctor and asked to be referred somewhere else.

Hess in which I met and was completely comfortable with. I saved for 2 years to get this surgery done. My surgery was July of 2025, in which shortly after I had wound healing trouble, my stitch under one side had extreme trouble healing. I did inquire to the dr. More than 3-4 calls of my concern he proceeded to tell me it was normal and would eventually heal. October of 2025 was when it finally completely closed up, I have dated pictures to prove. After this year has passed since my surgery I am very unhappy. My breasts got zero lift from having a lift surgery, and my Reconstruction of the Arreola and nipple are botched looking like a kindergartener did the job. It's not pretty at all. I would highly recommend to you to search Dr. Hess as he has some Law Suits out of the Tampa area for many reasons. I'm extremely upset because I saved to have this done on my own, now I can not afford to fix it and make it look right with the lift I paid for, my boobs are saggy and I would of rather they told me you are not a good candidate for a lift and I would of just done the removal and saved almost half of my 13,000 thousand dollars. I do also believe the main doctor should probably not employ a doctor that has left a town to start in another practice without notifying me or other potential clients before making their decision of his situation.
