I was embarrassed, saw it as a weakness. I did not have a high opinion of psychiatrists either! Rose was terrific. A no nonsense, friendly and knowledgeable Doc. I didn't want any medication, didn't believe in it. But I realized at that point there was no harm in giving it a shot. They work as a team in that office. Looking at some reviews, I understand why people object to that style. But I am back in the saddle again, a couple hours a week, and that's due to Rose arguing and insisting, I try a new type of depression pill , and Mr. Lyons, arguing away with my insurance company, so I could get it! It was important to me because I'm a visual, creative person and believe in energies. Dr. Yasmine is such a good listener, she was "not looking at the clock"... But carefully guiding me trough. Everything she said was right on point. It was a pleasure to be in such a care. She gave me steps I needed to begin the process of healing and things were never the same after that. I went to acupuncture, start following positive forums. I don't believe in quick fix so seeing great specialist on the regular bases is very important :)
