Finally the receptionist said to call back the next week. I called back and she put me on the phone with someone us and we went round and round and finally she said they don't take my insurance. Wow. I waisted 4 days on this and got nowhere because people don't know how to do their job.

I'm so thankful I did. Today I completed my treatment -- 18 visits in 6 weeks. I learned so much about my spine and its (not so good) condition, my hips that have taken a rough toll the past 20 years, and my neck damage. My back discomfort is completely gone and my neck discomfort is nearly non-existent. I left there today not only feeling physically better than I've had in years, but with the knowledge on how to help stay that way - specifically exercises to help alleviate the damage I do by being on a computer all day. As if that weren't reason enough for you to do the same as me -- call them! -- the staff was simply fabulous. Dr. Sam is so friendly and personable and will immediately make you feel at ease and cared for and will become a friend. Colby, the physical therapy supervisor, is exceptional, between his knowledge, dedication, commitment, and very apparent love for helping people. He is always bubbly and keenly observant and doesn't miss a thing. Based upon my wonderful experience, I highly recommend Discovery Medical Center. Supposedly gave me 78 units which I've never had in my life and a quarter of my face looks like it had Botox. The other looks awful. I do not recommend them at all. I used to be married to a facial plastic surgeon so I know when doctors use expired Botox or fillers. And that's exactly what they did to me. I would never suggest going to them. It was a terrible experience and I will never ever go back.

The first three sessions felt rushed--very quick in and out. During the third session, my back was burned, leaving red circular marks all over my back, that required silver cream and were quite painful. Coverage was inconsistent, with no clear grid system used to ensure all areas were treated evenly, resulting in patchy areas ("tiger striping"). For my final two sessions, I had a fourth technician who used a completely different approach and showed much more attention to detail. Unfortunately, by that point, the inconsistency had already impacted the overall results. The cool sculpting, 5 stars! She was amazing! From the initial screening, throughout the two sessions, the touch up and final. Very good And pleased with those results.

The rash seems to have originated as a reaction to a common, very popular brand of anti-perspirant. While reviewing my skin condition, Dr. Hesterman checked out a mole which seemed to be changing and performed an immediate biopsy then submitted the tissue to a lab for review. A skin cancer was detected and I have received further treatment and review to make sure no further issues developed. Dr. Hesterman and her staff have been very professional and supportive as well as effective in their efforts throughout my treatments. I am very pleased with her and her office staff.

He assessed my skin tags and provided the best treatment for me that would minimize any scarring. Also, without even asking, he spotted an irregular mole that was concerning to him. To make matters worse, the message indicated that my account, which they had never billed, would be sent to collections if it wasn't promptly paid. When I called up to enquire, the billing department was not apologetic about the extra amount, just said they were having billing issues and didn't apologize for sending out threatening notices for billings they never made.
