He showed me and my wife how my hearing loss is in certain sound ranges. Mr. Watson put Beltone Hearing Aids in my ears and let me hear the sounds that I had not been hearing. This was really eye opening. He showed me the different Beltone hearing aids that were available. My wife and I wanted to think about purchasing the hearing aids and discuss it together so we left his office. I reviewed the Beltone hearing aid literature Mr. Watson gave me and talked with my wife. We thought it best to go on and purchase the Beltone IMAGINE battery powered hearing aids. I called Mr. Watson the next day to tell him we had decided to purchase the IMAGINE hearing aids. Within about three days I received a call that my hearing aids were in his office. Mr. Watson was very thorough in introducing me to the IMAGINE hearing aids. He showed me how they interfaced with my Android cell phone. I was amazed to see how the cell phone would help me adjust the hearing aids to give me the best possible hearing. IMAGINE has the capability to use "White Noise" to cancel out my tinnitis ear ringing which I have put-up-with for decades. Since getting the Beltone IMAGINE hearing aids, Mr. Watson has had my return to his office every week to see how I am using the hearing aids. Also he shows me how to improve my use and enjoyment of the aids. I am incredibly thankful and pleased that I got the Beltone IMAGINE hearing aids. My old aids were not helping much and I hoped that technology had improved the latest models. There they tested my hearing and recommended a Starkey Genesis AI 12. They set up a pair to address my hearing loss and I tried them out in the office. They seemed to be an improvement over my old aids and I was thrilled. I said that I would like to buy them though their price was approximately $3700.00 dollars. When we were finishing up the technician said he needed to keep my old aids and I asked why. He replied that they donate them to people who need hearing aids but can't afford them. I complied and gave him my old aids. As I made payment I was asked to sign a full page "explanation and receipt". I foolishly signed it without fully reading it. I wore the aids continuously for 16 days and found that they were no more help to me than my previous ones. I called them and made an appointment and took the new aids back. There I was told that they do not accept returns at all and that I should look at the receipt that I had signed. I suggest that anyone reading this shop elsewhere.

Poor Customer Service. Purchased a Starkey sound box for the TV from them. I was told that they…read moredidn't sell many but their customers liked them. I was told to just follow the instructions in the box as they had little hands on experience with setting one up. I attempted to set it up but the written instructions were not very detailed. I was able to get the Starkey tech support phone number from them. The office was then closed for 2.5 weeks over the holidays. I contacted Starkey but was only able to get so far because the provider needed to also do a few things. The Center for Heating neglected to tell me this. Also, I left two messages for the Center. Never returned over the holidays and as of 10 January still not returned. I would never use this office again. I have found another provider of Starkey products and received more service from them in 45 minutes then ever from the Center concerning the Starkey TV box.

Dave's hearing is not normal. He has needed hearing aids in my opinion for several years. We met with Chassity to order the hearing aids and await their arrival. Customer service is excellent here. Chassity called and we made an appointment for hearing aid fitting when Dave's hearing aids arrived. Oticon hearing aids are what he ordered. She spent a good amount of time going through the instructions for wearing hearing aids. She patiently explained hearing aid do's and dont's. Dave made a follow up appointment for any adjustments he might need. He has 60 days to test the hearing aids out. If you need hearing aids, please stop by and meet with the personnel at Physician's Hearing Center. They work hard to ensure you can hear well. 5/5

I had to miss 2 1/2 hours of work for the appointment. The snooty girl receptionist told me they tried calling me three weeks before my appointment to cancel. That was a bald faced lie because I keep my call history and my voicemail record. I checked and there were no calls from them. Then she tried to schedule me with the PA and I refused. Now I have to wait another month for an appointment. The girl receptionist was totally unconcerned about the pain I'm experiencing and she treated me as though it was my fault. If the doctor is as sorry as the front desk then I don't like my chances of getting proper care. I'll be looking elsewhere for a more professional ENT.

I recently retired from the military at Fort Drum, NY, and relocated to Huntsville. I had a…read morereferral put in by my PCM to see Dr Samir Allos. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was told the provider needed to send all of my prior records. I informed her that those records were with my previous Doctor in NY. The receptionist told me, "Well, get them from them and then send them to us." When I told her they would only release them to a medical provider after they requested them, she said, "Well then, we can't schedule you an appointment." Then she said, "Look, sir, you're seeking care from us, we're not seeking to provide you care." Okay then, I require 10 years of follow-up treatment, and she just lost that Dr 10 years of business. I even had the nurse of my prior Dr try to talk to her to figure out what they could do, and she was very rude to her as well. I had my PCM put in a referral for another Physician in the area, and they called and received my records in one day and scheduled my appointment. Metro Infectious Disease Consultants need to review their business practices and have a talk with their representatives about customer service.

She was my Infectious Disease (ID) Doctor while I stayed in the hospital and I continued to see her on an outpatient basis. This facility does require you to have a referral from your primary care physician (like most specialists do). They are at the forefront of technology and innovation with their new Doxy Telemedicine service. Think Skype or FaceTime, but with your doctor! Crazy right?! I was able to have a great visit with Dr. Scully and get all the benefits of an in person appointment from the comfort of my own home. I seriously cannot say enough great things about Dr. Scully and her staff. They have always been kind and more than helpful and go out of their way to to get you the car that you need.
