Every worker there just passes you on to the next department because that is a government school for you. They all sit on their ass all day taking government money in their pockets. I have called over 20 phone numbers, visited both campuses in person, and they all directed me to the next department. Try calling a phone number, and they will transfer you, try going in person, they will direct you over. This has been an absolute nightmare for me, and I hope they change all the workers and hire people who actually do their jobs. Worst school I have ever seen.

We understand Monday's are busy, but please do not relay to the patient that you that "Mondays are overwhelming" and please just direct us to the correct office. I reserved the "MRI" room as I hear they are pretty comfortable and cozy. Upon arrival I was asked to complete some paperwork (a bit odd but such is life). A few minutes prior to my reservation time, I was greeted by a friendly attendant who took me to a room, told me to remove most of my clothing and put on an interesting night gown. She then directed me to the bed. There was little padding but it was not uncomfortable. She even tucked me in with a blanket. I was given ear plugs and ear muffs which I thought was odd but I later discovered why. Then it got weird. She said that I should not go to sleep for the first 15 minutes. It was terrible laying there but I made it. I figured out the reason for the ear plugs and ear muffs. The bedroom is amazingly loud. Almost like an inconsistent beating of a drum with some weird techno music involved. After she told me I could take a nap, I was able to nod off for a few minutes between the loud banging and weird screeching. At the end of my reservation I was greeted by the same friendly attendant and allowed to put my clothing back on, then I was shown the exit and she thanked me for staying with them. Overall, not the worst Airbnb ever, 3/10 for the bed, 8/10 for the service. Would probably stay again.

As an incoming student trying to finalize my schedule, this lack of communication makes an already stressful process much worse.

The advisors are super supportive and helpful and making sure your family is doing well not just…read moreyour school. The teachers are helpful and when things got overwhelming and I got behind on school they understood and accepted late work. All of the advertisements said you could go to school for a job you can do at home (medical coding and billing) with kids and that sounded like exactly what I needed and that's what made me sign up. It wasn't until my last class that I found out this job is difficult to do at home when you have little kids which was upsetting because I have to stay home with my kids. But overall they are a great school and I was able to do it in Michigan as well as with my kiddos around.

I had tried to keep up with my work to the best of my ability, but it's a bit difficult when you have all this going on. I just barely failed the class, yet instead of letting me retake the course, or get an extension, after I spoke with multiple advisors who told me that is what would happen, I was instead entirely unenrolled without any kind of notice or warning til AFTER it was finalized. Now, if I want to go back, I have to start from the very beginning with the course I'd already taken and passed. The school wasted my time, my money, and did nothing but lie to me. All they want from you is money, non-profit my ass. The only communication you ever get is an advisor who will call you seventeen times a week to check on you, but feign care and just say finish your work and nothing else, they don't care if you're lying in a hospital bed barely able to move.
