I have been suffering with dizziness, blurred vision, headaches, anxiety, insomnia, sinus issues etc. Dr. Zachary Shaw was/is amazing!!! ( His staff is great as well) He was very thorough, empathetic, explained things in detail, he took his time and didn't rush me out the door. I am so, so glad that I found Dr. Shaw. I am very optimistic and looking forward to his treatment. I highly suggest getting checked out from him. Please do your due diligence, I know a lot of doctors do not believe in chiropractors, but just like my primary doctor has said, "we all need to work together." The profession/skill exists for a reason! I am going to continue to spread awareness and refer to Dr. Shaw and I hope whoever reads this and gets answers themselves will do the same. I cannot imagine how many people have suffered with pain that could have been the result of upper cervical issues and never knew it.

Then you're invited to come back in two days to read the x-rays. When you make a trip back then the sales pitch comes. $4000 or nothing. Sign up for the whole program or nothing. Just be aware, going here is like buying a used car. In the initial presentation you are told it'll be a couple hundred dollars a month. Sure if you use financing. The truth is they're trying to sell you a program upwards of $4000. You commit to multiple visits in signing one contract. I think I will stick to legit doctors who allow me to come one session at a time, and give me the freedom to cancel. This is so obviously about obtaining large sums of money upfront from each client.

Went to a foot specialist & was told I have arthritis in every joint in both my feet. He had 3 treatments available to me. First I could try injection into top of my foot to help the pain, I could have the joints fused or they could cut a nerve to stop the pain. I decided to try the injection first. It was very painful, I mean very painful for 3 days but eventually it did help some but the site of the injection, the nerve, remained painful. That lasted about 4 weeks, but I wasn't going to do that again. I felt hopeless. Then I got an invitation in the mail to go to a presentation on how the Fix could help my foot pain. They mainly deal with neuropathy, I thought but maybe I had some neuropathy & they could at least help that pain. I decided to go for a trial. I did not have neuropathy but I was told they could help the arthritis pain. I was skeptical but I had so much relief of foot pain for a good 5 weeks that I decided to go for it. It is expensive & not covered by Medicare or any insurance, but it meant the difference of possibly being in a wheelchair if I didn't do it. So after just a few treatments I was able to walk without pain & now after 4 months of treatment I am able to walk miles, my balance is so much better, pain in my feet is minimal if at all & I can sleep. Now I am on maintenance. I still do the home treatment but only have to go every so often for Softwave treatment. I am so thankful. 5/28/26 5 months later... going every 6 weeks for the soft wave treatment. Still doing well, able to sleep without foot pain & walk as much as I want. Using the red light almost every day ( supposed to use every day) I wasn't able to do the foot bath with stimulation for several weeks but now back to doing that as I can, yet my foot pain was minimal. I was transferred to Jane who identified herself as the front desk person. I asked about the number of medical staff in the practice, and how referrals are handled. Jane wasn't friendly and treated me as if she didn't understand why I would be asking questions about the practice. I asked to schedule an appointment, and Jane told me someone would call me on Monday (it was Friday) to schedule an appointment. I asked if I could make an appointment right then, and she said, "No." I never received a call from CIM. Based on other reviews found on Yelp, and my experience with CIM, I suggest finding another more reliable medical practice.

Unsafe Medical Advice and Lack of Compassion for Senior Care…read more I am writing this to caution other caregivers managing complex medical needs for senior parents. My mother was a patient at this practice, and the experience was deeply concerning. The Medical Advice: When I sought guidance with Jennifer Miller on how to safely wean my mother off a psychiatric medication (Cymbalta) that was causing extreme issues, the provider's advice was to stop it abruptly ("cold-turkey"). I was told to simply "let her go through withdrawals" and take her to the ER for an IV if she began vomiting or became dehydrated. As an advocate for my senior mother, I knew this was unsafe and unacceptable advice. My request to use a slow, compounded tapering method was completely ignored. The Outcome: I had to seek outside specialist care to find a safe path forward. After finding a new care team that supported the slow, compounded taper I had researched, my mother is doing significantly better. The extreme "crash and burn" cycles she was experiencing have stopped, and she is much more alert and present than she has been in months. The Office Environment: The lack of professionalism from Jennifer Miller's nurse was also a major issue. While trying to resolve a critical prescription delay for a medication my mother needs to eat (due to an esophageal condition), I was met with sarcasm and told, "We have other patients." My private concerns were repeated within earshot of others in the office, which was completely unprofessional and dismissive. Final Thought: If you have a loved one with sensitive or complex needs, please be your own advocate. We have moved to a new primary care physician and a psychiatrist who actually listen. My mother is finally in safe hands, no thanks to this practice.
