Vladimira is a highly skilled OT that recognized things in our son upon meeting him the first time that blew me away!! They do accept insurance and are amazing to work with. Dr Kevin Moss, DPT, treated me and he was extremely knowledgeable. His experience was absolutely evident to me. Dr. Kevin was very helpful in my recovery. I feel well at this point. All of the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. The staff included, PT assistant Sam and the ladies at the front desk. I highly recommend physical therapy treatment here.

When you have an injury that is hard to solve by traditional medicine it can feel really overwhelming and isolating. Tina has been with me every step of my process, providing me constant support. She is extremely skilled and intelligent as a therapist, which is informed by her incredible range of experiences with all types of people and injuries. She has also made excellent, unofficial suggestions for quality doctors for me to visit when I felt frustrated by them. In short, anything Tina has ever suggested has been right, and I tell her this all the time. Novacare is grounded in their approach to treating you like a person first, not just an injury. I work from home and don't keep a consistent schedule. Peggy, the office manager, is very helpful about finding me appointments and letting me switch appointments when I need to. I've never had issues with insurance, receipts or billing, unlike some other big hospital systems that have given me insane headaches. In my grand tradition of feeling that doctors/health etc. are under-reviewed, I can't recommend Novacare enough for physal therapy.

It did work for me and I was told by my Top Surgeon I would never be able to Walk Again and Given a wheel chair. My Surgeon who is Well Renowned was dead wrong. He is with a Major Hospital. It took a lot of time and effort but was well worth it because I am pain free and able to walk and Not Lay in Some Bed at a care facility. I do my exercises every day and learned to enjoy them.
