so beyond irritated with this place. my bf saw a deal running for $37 that includes a spinal exam,…read morereport of findings, xrays, care plan and an adjustment. he told me about it after doing it himself knowing i have back issues so i called saying i would like to do the $37 promotion they have running. they said ok and booked me this was for june 17. i came in for this and they did pretty much everything but an adjustment which is the main thing i wanted. i kept saying i wanted the adjustment and they said it was free bc of a referral but has no adjustment. we both were there and said we'd rather pay for the promotion because i wanted the adjustment which is why i booked for the promotion. they said they could do it in an hour. i had to work after the appointment that i was already there for that was supposed to be booked for the entire service as advertised and that i specifically asked for. i was already there for over an hour because i came early just in case they could take me early. since they couldn't fit me in when i was there, they said that i could reschedule for this and they would do it at my next appointment, so i did. i drove out there AGAIN today for the second time now expecting an adjustment AGAIN and they said that deal was same day only. so i basically came back for a report of findings & care plan that were both advertised in the initial $37 deal? what a waste of time. the person telling me this was someone i've never seen before and i kept reiterating to her that i understand what she's saying but the issue is that they did not book it properly the first time and couldn't fit me in while i was there for what i booked for and i had to work after the hour i booked off for this appointment. i have absolutely no idea how a business could be this dense and unaware. i specifically booked for this promotion they didn't honor it the day i came in, told me next time they would & then wasted my time 2 times now!!! yet they're trying to get me to sign for a package of $1300 before i even tried an adjustment once because they somehow keep messing up?? promising a customer something and then not honoring it is crazy practice my bf and i are both business owners and are no longer coming here because of the extreme lack of customer service and honesty. losing thousands of dollars and potentially years of business between 2 people over a $40 difference for a promotion that they choose to advertise and not honor is crazy. thankfully, there are tons of chiropractors out there with nice offices which is what i prefer anyway.

Dr Oltmann worked with me for 3 or so years. I have a total knee and hip in my right leg so wound infection could have resulted, at the worst, implant infection and amputation. As I tried to make an appointment today, unfortunately his cold bedside manner came out quickly and sharply once again.
