Occasionally when they have "fit me in" I may wait no more than 2 mins. In addition to the adjustments and stem treatments I find the cupping (loosens my tight muscles) and laser (nerve relief) to be helpful for my neck and low back issues.

The two girls at the desk were very giggling I'm assuming because the way I look also one of the doctors came to desk and spoke with McKenna and was also entertaining the unprofessional girl child. I over heard them making fun of me. I'm assuming he was a chiropractor. There was a lot of whispering and giggling very unprofessional.Especially with McKenna. I thought this would be a safe place for me to come being that I'm vegan and thought that their supplements would fit my lifestyle. Unfortunately, the staff and personnel did not. What a terrible look for the face of this company!!! They meet with you to discuss a recovery plan and they show you your x-rays to demonstrate deterioration. They take most insurance plans and discuss what you would pay for the treatment. They also give the option to pay over a period of time to split up the costs. Every single member of the staff that I met was very nice and personable. Everyone always seems very happy and it makes for a better experience. I always looked forward to going to my appointments because of this. Another thing I liked was that different chiropractors work on you so your wait is never long. Although my pain only lessened slightly, my overall health was much better. I was happier, slept better, and tension in my body was gone. I intend on continuing my treatment here.

When I asked for copies of the test, that's when they told me that the test wasn't done. Second incident. I got a copy of someone else's test results!!! Yes mistakes happen and I understand but with 2 incidents in 2 visits (and no other experience with this office since I was a new patient), we decided to switch offices.
