I never needed to meet with a person and spend 30 minutes to an hour onsite filling out paperwork or to get a tour. The gentlemen I spoke to on phone was very kind and fast at what he did. I was texted instructions that were easy and straightforward to understand. Checking out was just an email. Boom done unit payments cancelled. Not a bad location near home depot which i needed for supplies. I recommend.

Owners don't communication care with their customers…read more We moved out of this storage facility over two and half months ago and we are still being charged monthly and late fees applied daily. Additionally, the owners continue to charge us for more spaces than we ever even rented from them to begin with. We sent emails, placed phone calls, asking them to please stop the billing and the invoices and daily late fee emails, yet we have never gotten a response from the owners, so frustrating! I would not store anything at this facility. They claim to deliver great customer service and that they listen and know their customers needs. They do not! It's like they don't understand how to do business so they just ignore you and hope that you keep paying for space that you aren't renting, and hope you don't notice. Business now days refuse to loose any profits and they think they can continue to run their entire business themselves and not hire anyone else to assist so their business continues to deliver great customer service. The customer ends up having to accept poor service as the standard rather than exception. It's time to pull your head out of your butt and make the decision to either do good business or don't do business at at! And learn what the Golden Rule is!
