The back light connection on my laptop was broken and they got it fixed right away, but after I picked my computer up one of the employees used my phone number to find and harass me on social media. I will not be taking my computer back there. read more

I was referred to Centerpoint Computer and stopped in to order a new computer because I thought mine was dead or dying. After asking some questions, Brian suggested I bring it in for him to look at before ordering a new one. He backed up my files, reinstalled the operating system and a new power source and had me back up and running the next day for a fraction of the cost of a new computer. You rock! I dropped a glass of wine on my laptop and completely killed it. In a panic, I looked on yelp and saw this business listed. When I walked in they were very friendly and immediately did their best to assess the extent of the damage to the machine. After determining the estimated cost of the repairs needed, we both came to the conclusion that I replace my 7 year old laptop and again they were helpful in providing recommendations based upon my typical usage. I drove to Best Buy, bought a laptop and dropped it off with them at the end of the day. By noon the next day they called to let me know that they were able to retrieve all of my files from my old laptop and they were successfully organized in the same way on my new laptop. This place has phenomenal customer service! I brought my computer in after spilling coffee on it and had them look at it. They dried it out an assessed the damage and helped me figure out my options. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed so I wouldn't void my warranty and they didn't charge me anything for what they did!
