Furthermore I was a little concerned that this eval would turn into a "buy a full financial plan from me" type of thing. This was not the case with Daniel at all. He asked a lot of great questions, he took a lot of notes and gave me a great idea of where I'm at in my financial planning adventure. For me, I've done a lot myself and he was great to bounce ideas of things that I have been thinking or what I can do better. We both agreed that it probably wasn't time for me to dive all in to a full financial plan due to where I am at in my life and what I have been doing on my own. He was forthcoming in that he doesn't think that, at this moment, he would add significant amount more value to what I have already done on my own. He recommended that he can be available to bounce ideas off of in an hourly fashion. To me this is huge. I was half-expecting to not get any ideas/thoughts without signing up for a full financial plan. That Daniel walked through all my finances and gave me great ideas and recommendations. Then for him to say that I probably don't need him 100% of the time shows that he tries to understand his clients first rather than try to just take money from them. Greatly impressed and I will definitely be coming to him for advice and when my life changes where I would need his full services, will be coming to him again.

Over multiple scheduled calls and meetings, they repeatedly asked for additional documents such as my brokerage account statements, IRA information, and even my date of birth, all with the promise that they would produce a Morningstar report. Despite giving them everything they requested, they never delivered **any** report or useful analysis. When I asked about the "free retirement roadmap" they promote, they simply told me it was "too early" for that -- even after several conversations and after I tried to engage with them as a serious prospective client. It became clear that their main goal was to gather personal information and convert me into a client **before** offering any of the services they advertise. No transparency, no follow-through, and no deliverables. I genuinely approached them with the intention of hiring them as my financial advisors, but their lack of professionalism and failure to keep their promises made me lose trust in their process.
